Jetzt nachdem mir versprochen wurde das Telefon kommt diese Woche werde ich auf die Mobilbox umgeleitet mit der Nachricht der Laden ist die ganze Woche geschlossen! MEGA ÄRGERLICH! Wait for over 2 weeks on my iphone. Apple has assured me that it takes a maximum of 7 working days from the shipment until the phone is returned. Now after I was promised the phone will come this week I will be redirected to the mobile box with the message the store is closed all week! MEGA ANGRY!

I can sell you a new contract, but for this go to Magenta's store in Innsbruck!". I am surely not buying anything from this store ever! He just doesn't deserve to have any customers at all!

Very rude and bad service don't waste your time in this place. Even the magenta representative that was on the line with me didn't understand why she doesn't want to help.
