Normalerweise sollte es kein Problem sein bei Bekanntgabe des Namens trotzdem sein Paket zu erhalten. Jedoch nicht bei diesem Pickup Store. Deshalb nur 1-Stern. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I wanted to pick up my parcel, but unfortunately didn't have the parcel label with me. Normally it shouldn't be a problem to get the package anyway if the name is announced. But not at this pickup store. Therefore only 1 star.

Ein ekelhafter, versiffter Laden, der mich nie zu Gesicht bekommen würde, wenn ich nicht meine Pakete von dort abholen müsste. Hier gibt es eindeutige Absprachen mit dem Zustellern von DPD und UPS, denn die bringen die Pakete direkt dorthin und läuten gar nicht erst an. If I could I would give 0 stars. Rude, incompetent and disrespectful. A disgusting, filthy shop that I would never see if I didn't have to collect my packages from there. Here there are clear agreements with the deliverers from DPD and UPS, because they bring the packages directly there and do not even ring.

Ich empfinde den Umgang in diesem Abholshop schon eher als feindselig. Dass sich die Lieferdienste Ihre Abholstellen nicht besser aussuchen ist mir unverständlich. Leider gibt es keine negativen Sternebewertungen, denn dieser Abholshop hätte eine Bewertung von -6 (von maximal -5 möglichen) Sternen verdient. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm the description "Unfriendly" that I read in many other comments here, as I think it is far understated. I find the treatment in this pick-up shop rather hostile. It is incomprehensible to me that the delivery services do not choose their pick-up points better. Unfortunately, there are no negative star ratings, because this pick-up shop deserves a rating of -6 (out of a maximum of -5 possible) stars.

a	and rey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor customer service, hope i never have to go there again, i have been waiting for a half an hour allmost in that weird unfriendly place because i was ignored and they took ages to find my package , hope my packages will never be left there again or upc can pick them up and bring them somewhere else, really bad service
