★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der HAN Kindergarten ist leider geprägt von Überforderung und Verantwortunglosigkeit sowohl gegenüber dem Personal als auch gegenüber den Eltern. Das Personal trägt bei Bewerbungsgesprächen keinen Mund- und Nasenschutz und nimmt generell die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen bezüglich COVID-19 auf die leichte Schulter. Die Atmosphäre ist dermaßen negativ gestimmt, sodass man beinahe vergisst, dass dieser Ort ein Kindergarten ist. Was ich dort sehe, was ich höre, erschreckt mich: Es herrscht häufig ein rüder Befehlston. Die Trägerin des Kindergartens hat leider Gottes keinen blassen Schimmer über administrative Tätigkeiten sowie Konfliktwahrnehmung und -lösung und ist derart unprofessionell, sodass man sich wundert, wie der HAN Kindergarten geleitet wird.
 Unfortunately, the HAN Kindergarten is characterized by excessive demands and a lack of responsibility both towards the staff and towards the parents. The staff does not wear mouth and nose protection during job interviews and generally takes the security measures regarding COVID-19 lightly. The atmosphere is so negative that you almost forget that this place is a kindergarten. What I see and hear there frightens me: there is often a rude command tone. Unfortunately, the person responsible for the kindergarten has no clue about administrative activities and conflict perception and resolution, and is so unprofessional that one wonders how the HAN kindergarten is run.
