F	Flower Sensation on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war letzte Woche dort und muss sagen, dass das die schrecklichste Und unkompetenteste Ordination ist. Es fängt schon bei der Rezeption an, schlechter Service, unfreundlich vorallem die etwas stärkere mit den langen braunen Haaren, sitzt direkt vorne und behandelt Patienten wie Tiere! Hier wird spürbar dass es sich um ein sehr schwaches Team handelt. Die Wartezeit beträgt über 2 Stunden wenn alles gut läuft, trotz Termin. Einfühlubgsvermögen ist anscheinend ein Fremdwort für diese Ordination. Nie wieder ! I was there last week and I have to say that this is the most horrible and incompetent office. It starts at the front desk, bad service, unfriendly especially the somewhat stronger one with the long brown hair, sits right in front and treats patients like animals! Here it is noticeable that it is a very weak team. The waiting time is over 2 hours if everything goes well, despite an appointment. Empathy is apparently a foreign word for this ordination. Never again !

Die Damen am Telefon haben mich nicht einmal ausreden lassen und schon weitergeleitet. Keine Informationen dazu, Nichts!!! Am Ende wurde aufgelegt! Sowas habe ich bisher bei keinem Arzt erlebt, ich rate allem davon ab! Das ist so eine Frechheit gegenüber einer Person, die mehr als eine Stunde am Telefon gewartet hat. After my call I was forwarded 3 times until the phone hung up. The ladies on the phone didn't even let me finish and passed it on. No information about it, nothing!!! In the end it was hung up! I have never experienced anything like this with any doctor, I advise against everything! That's such a disgrace to a person who's been waiting on the phone for more than an hour.
e	emy mouny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ärgsten und unhöflichsten Sekretären ever. Unhöflicher und unprofessioneller geht es nicht mehr. Wenn man sie überhaupt telefonisch erreichen möchte muss man länger als eine Stunde warten und dann legen sie auf. Nach mehreren Anrufen war das mein Ergebnis. Ich bin so dankbar, dass ich diese Leute los bin. Einfach eine Hölle. Sie verdienen Null Sterne. The worst and rudest secretaries ever. It couldn't be more impolite or unprofessional. If you even want to reach them by phone, you have to wait longer than an hour and then they hang up. After several calls, that was my result. I am so grateful that I am rid of these people. Just a hell. You deserve zero stars.
d	dile min on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die 5 Sterne gehen an die Frau Ärztin SADAT. ich bin seit mehr als einem Jahr bei ihr und fühl mich sehr gut betreut. Sie geht auf alle meine Fragen an und achtet darauf an dass, es den Patienten wohl geht. Leider muss man mit längeren Wartezeit rechnen aber dafür bekommt man eine kompetente Behandlung the 5 stars go to the doctor SADAT. I've been with her for more than a year and I feel very well looked after. She answers all of my questions and makes sure that the patient is well. Unfortunately you have to expect a longer waiting time, but you get competent treatment

Ist ja selbstverständlich, dass es zu Wartezeiten kommt da sie auch eine hohe Anzahl von Patienten haben, stört aber nicht. Man sollte ja auch Zeit für einen Arztbesuch nehmen. Die Ärztinnen sind auch alle super und auf jedenfall empfehlenswert. Very nice ordination. Very friendly and helpful assistants. It goes without saying that there are waiting times because they also have a large number of patients, but that doesn't bother me. You should also take the time to see a doctor. The doctors are all great too and I definitely recommend them.
M	Marjan Khammar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Team - Ich habe schnell einen Termin bekommen, der Empfang war überaus freundlich und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl scheinbar sehr viel los war, habe ich nicht länger als eine halbe Stunde gewartet, was vollkommen okay ist, denn Dr. Sadat nimmt sich Zeit und ist sehr kompetent und empathisch. Ich kann diese Praxis soweit sehr empfehlen!

V	Veronica Rivas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome, it has the most competent and empathic doctors and you are well cared from the moment you walk in. Sure there is some waiting time but talking from experience it's the only place I know in Vienna that accepts new patients during this times, and you get an appointment right away. I can only recommend it!
