★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dort jetzt mehrmals Hemden hingebracht. habe für ein handgebügeltes Hemd bezahlt, da ich Manschettenknöpfe habe und das mit Maschine (Aussage Hammerl) nicht bügelbar ist. Habe das Hemd mit plattgebügelter Manschette wieder erhalten und wurde auch noch unfreundlich behandelt als ich mich beschwert habe. Zusätzlich habe ich gerade ein frisches Hemd für morgen ausgepackt das Flecken hat. Liegt zwar am Weg aber bei so einem miesen Personal sehen die mich nicht mehr.
 I've brought shirts there several times. I paid for a hand-ironed shirt because I have cufflinks and that can't be ironed with a machine (Hammerl statement). Got the shirt with the flat ironed cuff back and was treated unkindly when I complained. In addition, I just unpacked a fresh shirt for tomorrow that has stains. Although it is on the way but with such a lousy staff they don't see me anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon jahrelang Kundin der Putzerei Hammerl, Favoritenstraße 119, 1100 Wien. Da ich nur hochpreisige Kleidung zum Reinigen gebe (Cashmere, Wolle), bin ich jedes Mal begeistert, wie schön die Sachen nach der Reinigung sind. Dazu kommt, dass man in der Filiale immer freundlichst und ruhig bedient wird.
Dieses Mal hatte ich meinen Abholschein verloren. Die Mitarbeiterin in der Filiale hat sich mit viel Freundlichkeit und Verständnis, auf die Suche nach meinen Kleidungsstücken gemacht und auch gefunden. Serviceorientiertheit und Kundenzufriedenheit sind hier nicht nur Floskeln, sondern werden wirklich gelebt.
Auf jeden Fall die Putzerei meines Vertrauens und eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung meinerseits!
For many years I have been a customer of the Hammerling cleaning shop, Favoritenstraße 119, 1100 Wien. Since I only give high-priced clothes for cleaning (cashmere, wool), I am always thrilled how beautiful things are after cleaning. In addition, one is served in the branch always friendly and quietly.
This time I lost my pickup ticket. The employee in the store has made with much friendliness and understanding, in search of my garments and also found. Service orientation and customer satisfaction are not just phrases here, they are really lived out.
In any case, the cleaning shop of my confidence and an unqualified recommendation on my part!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit der aufladbaren Kundenkarte ist man sehr gut versorgt und erhält auch noch einen Bonus. Donnerstag ist Hemdentag, wo man seine Hemden zu einem super günstigen Preis reinigen lassen kann - ab 5 Stück. Insgesamt war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit den Dienstleistungen.
The rechargeable customer card is very well supplied and also receives a bonus. Thursday is shirt day, where you can have your shirts cleaned at a super low price - from 5 pieces. All in all, I was always very satisfied with the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am 31.5. eine Hose zum Reinigen abgegeben. Nur sie ist bis heute, 28.6. nicht mehr aufgetaucht. Vor zwei Wochen fragte ich, ob sie schon gefunden wurde. Schnippische Antwort war, wir haben noch keine Zeit gehabt. Frage an die Geschäftsleitung: Ist das ein Kundenservice?
On May 31st given a pair of trousers for cleaning. Only she is until today, 28.6. no longer appeared. Two weeks ago I asked if it had been found yet. The snippy answer was, we haven't had time. Question to the management: Is that a customer service?
