Not very friendly floor attending personnel, perhaps they are just UNFRIENDLY or, perhaps overworked and therefore cannot find energy to be helpful... OR and I hate to say this... maybe its becuase I am considered an 'AUSLÄNDER ' who speaks German, but with many grammatical errors try my best to communicate in German, NEVER in my mother tongue English, seems not to help, so I don't know what the issue is!
