M	Monja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbares Hotel! Die Preise sind zwar etwas gehobener, es ist aber jeden Cent wert und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und kompetent, das Zimmer war wunderbar sauber und der Ausblick ein Traum (der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag hier wäre, dass die Raumtemperatur unserer Meinung nach gerne etwas niedriger sein dürfte). Ausserdem waren der Wellnessbereich und das Essen super! Wir kommen gerne wieder. :) Wonderful Hotel! The prices are a bit higher, but it is worth every penny and the price-performance ratio is right. The staff was always very friendly and competent, the room was wonderfully clean and the view was a dream (the only suggestion for improvement here would be that, in our opinion, the room temperature should be a bit lower). In addition, the wellness area and the food were great! We would love to come back. :)

Der Pool hat eine ausreichende grösse zumschwimmen . Kann man einfach nur empfehlen. Very nice hotel. The rooms very spacious and clean. The food was excellent . The staff was super friendly. The pool is big enough to swim in. I can only recommend it.

Freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen, tolles Zimmer (Suite Seeluft) mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf Berge und See… einfach ein toller Ort zum Entspannen ?? Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die Spa-Behandlungen wie Kosmetik und besonders die Massagen. Currently for us the wellness hotel with the best price-performance ratio ☺️ We have already been there twice and always satisfied. Friendly staff, delicious food, great room (Suite Seeluft) with a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake ... simply a great place to relax ?? The spa treatments such as cosmetics and especially the massages are also highly recommended.

Von der Rezeption über Zimmermädchen bis hin zum Service und Spa Personal alle sehr Freundlich und alle sind bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Essen ist einfach Spitze normalerweise ist für jeden etwas dabei. Hygiene wird nach allen Kriterien eingehalten. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt! Für uns hat alles gepasst und werden es weiter empfehlen? Arrive and feel good - the goal has been achieved! You will be warmly welcomed at the reception and you will be given a guided tour! From the front desk to housekeeping to the service and spa staff, they were all very friendly and tried to meet every need. Food is just great, there is usually something for everyone. Hygiene is observed according to all criteria. We felt safe! For us everything worked out well and we will recommend it to others?

Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr ruhig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht auf den Haldensee, super bequeme Betten, alles sehr sauber. Ausgesprochen schöner und sauberer Wellnessbereich. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, große Auswahl. Beim Abendessen kann man aus 4 Hauptgängen wählen, dort noch etwas Luft nach oben. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundliches Mitarbeitern! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Very nice, lovingly run hotel. We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The rooms are large, very quiet and tastefully decorated, great views of the Haldensee, super comfortable beds, everything was very clean. Extremely nice and clean wellness area. Very good breakfast buffet, large selection. At dinner you can choose from 4 main courses, there is still some room for improvement. All in all a great hotel with very friendly staff! We would love to come back.

Mooie en ruime kamers met zicht op het meer en met vloerverwarming in het badkamer gedeelte. Kamers zijn uitstekend geluidsisolerend en het bed beschikt over prima matrassen. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Het restaurant is top, uitgebreid ontbijt, "mittagsjause" van 12.00h tot 16.00h. De keuken heeft perfect rekening gehouden met een allergie. Iedere kamer heeft inde kelder een locker waar je wandelschoenen en/of skimateriaal verwarmd kunt bewaren. De auto kon gratis in de ondergrondse garage. Dit hotel is een echte aanrader. This is a hotel that we cannot write anything negative about. Beautifully located on the Haldensee, beautifully and modernly furnished. Beautiful and spacious rooms with a view of the lake and with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Rooms are excellently sound-insulating and the bed has good mattresses. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant is top notch, extensive breakfast, "mittagsjause" from 12:00 to 16:00. The kitchen has perfectly taken into account an allergy. Each room has a locker in the basement where you can keep your hiking boots and/or ski equipment heated. The car was free in the underground garage. This hotel is highly recommended.

We booked the 2 day spa package with massages, all day included meals and fantastic dinner for both nights. Also got to use the spa on the 3rd day with lunch included. Rooms are well designed and special pillows can be requested as per personal choice. Had an excellent time and will be back in the summer again!
