Zunächst mögen die Kosten vielleicht etwas abschrecken, aber die Leistung und Beratung wird dem voll und ganz gerecht. Extremely competent and nice service. For Covid reasons, some things had to be restricted, but the best was made of the possibilities! At first, the costs may seem a bit off, but the service and advice fully do it justice.

After bleaching I got no treatment, so had to spend extra to get hair masks because my hair was like straw when leaving the salon. Such a bad result. The hairdresser was very lovely, that's the second star. Edit to reply, and there was no email address to write to. Wasn't today, not a mistake, my bank statement can prove it... It was the previous Friday going blonde from red, and I was served by the lovely Serbian girl and her apprentice. Happy to go in and show how uneven my hair is, before I get it corrected in a few days. Wasn't as obvious when I left, as it was curled, but I can't wear it straight at the moment.... Also promptly made it to 1 star, as instead of asking details, you called me a liar, and that's just bad practice and bad customer service.
