★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war schon 2-3 mal dort da der Laden 15 min von mir zuhause entfernt ist . Das einzig gute ist das man schnell einen Termin bekommt . Jeder Besuch war bei einer anderen Friseurin und jedes Mal überhaupt nicht zufrieden stellend (schnell schnell ) immer wird dir eine Haarwäsche verkauft obwohl du dir die Haare vorher gewaschen hast die Mitarbeiterinnen geben sich null Mühe und das für 23€ . Die letzte bei der ich war ist nach 10 min fertig gewesen und so sieht man dann auch aus . Aus Höflichkeit habe ich mir Kritik persönlich gespart ich will ja keinen Beleidigen aber wenn der Laden so weiter macht geht er bald Bankrott.
 I've been there 2-3 times since the store is 15 minutes away from my home. The only good thing is that you can get an appointment quickly. Each visit was with a different hairdresser and each time not at all satisfactory (quickly quick) you are always sold a hair wash even though you washed your hair beforehand, the employees make no effort and that for €23. The last one I was at was finished after 10 minutes and that's what you look like. Out of politeness I have saved myself criticism personally, I don't want to offend anyone, but if the shop continues like this, it will soon go bankrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hair salon, they cut hair fairly well. You can't always predict how good it will be though, as all the workers are on different skill levels. The waiting time can also be very long at times as you can't make appointments. You can't leave either while in line. You have to go there and stay there until its your turn, which can at worst be up to 60min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a simple cut 19€ plus 5€ for longer hair.
When I asked for my hair to be cut the hairdresser briskly told me that i HAD do have my hair washed by them before they would cut it. Since I was already there and waited a while and didn't have the time to go to another salon I agreed.
I was not asked if I wanted a hair conditioner additional to the shampoo. Afterwards I also wasn't asked if I wanted to blow-dry the hair by myself. She more or less just told me she would hairdry them while finishing my cut.
In short: I wanted to simply haircut for a reasonable price and ended up spending more than 50€ for a service I didn’t want in the first place.
The second star is for my actual haircut. It is nicely cut and exactly the way I wanted it!!

You showed then a picture of yourself and ask the same please, and they start to put products on you and you finish with a grassy hair and finished worse than at home. I regretted terrible. They dont even deserve one star
