★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were for the second time there , and the behavior of the staff was so impolite even though the meals tasted good!
He even didn’t care to ask if everything is okay or we need something !!!
Whereas he asked the table next to us who were Austrian!!!
He might make a difference between nationalities!! ;)
He didn’t bother himself to welcome us friendly and even hesitated to say goodbye !
Maybe he had a bad day but for someone who is running such a restaurant the guests are first!!
Anyway We had a bad experience there and I won’t recommend it if the atmosphere of the restaurant and how you are welcomed is a point for you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate there few months ago a great Zabsi and pretty authentic as well. Also the place is clean the staff is nice. It is worth checking out if you are in Vienna. Just to know the neighborhood is not best one, but it is mostly safe during the day.

Genuine Iranian cuisine. Been there and got warm welcoming service from the staff. Out side sitting area is nice despite its on a tram line. Inside could get better with refurnishing.
For Muslims, the owner confirmed it use Halal meat.
Menus are in multi language..staff speaks Persian, English and German.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The menu was not in English so the owner suggested us food and we ate that. The food was nice and felt closer to home. The red chilly chutney he gave us was the best. Hadn't eaten chillies like that since we had started from India for the trip. We let go drinks as the food was nice and too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really fancy and the food is partly really tasty. The tongue stew is really tasty.
The best thing is that they have live music sometimes.
On top of all they were open normally on 25th of December, which is a national holiday.?
The staffs are not that much friendly but they are ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another old persian restaurant in Vienna, which has improved the offering of persian food. As an Iranian, I was recently surprised how yhe quality and taste has improved in Hafes. Don't miss trying the Kubideh in Hafes, currently one if the top three in Vienna!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a restaurant with authentic Persian cuisine. Apparently, I found that Persian cuisine has a lot in common to Indian cuisine. I really enjoyed Lubiya which is a bit similar to rajma for indians, kuku ki sabji and Mirza ghassemi which is same as baigan ka bharta. The place has a nice ambience and friendly staff. It is very near to Neustiftgasse stop of Tram 5. The also have a lot of non-veg options as well.

PRICE IN MENU AND IN REALITY IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT.
THEY ARE CHEATING THE PEOPLE!
Today, I was there with friends. In the bill they wrote some items that I did not ask and eat.
Do not go there!
