M	M Ü on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin auf Durchreise und die Hochdruck Leitung meiner Klimaanlage ist kaputt gegangen.. Da dachte ich mir das ich mir lieber ein Original VW Teil einbaue anstatt irgendwelche no-name Produkte. Jedenfalls bin ich rein an die Annahme. Der nette Herr hat mich dann zur teile Abteilung verwiesen. Angekommen beim Teile Vertrieb und nach einem kurzen "Grüß Gott" kam nichts mehr.. Der Mitarbeiter schaute stur auf seinen Bildschirm. Plötzlich klingelte sein Privat Handy und er telefonierte Minuten lang mit seinem Kumpel über eine Bestellung, OBWOHL ich als KUNDE, VOR seinem privat Telefonat schon da war.. Jedenfalls hab ich mich geduldet und gewartet.. Aber nach 7 Minuten "Kumpel helfen Telefonat" hat es mir gereicht und bin gegangen. Fazit: Einmal und NIE WIEDER Schade für VW solche "nicht arbeitende" Mitarbeiter sein eigen nennen zu dürfen. Ob meine "nicht bedienung" was mit meiner ausländischen Herkunft zu tun hat, lasse ich im Raum stehen.. I was in transit and the high pressure line of my air conditioning broke. Then I thought that I would rather install an original VW part instead of any no-name products. In any case, I'm on the assumption. The nice gentleman then referred me to the partial department. Arrived at the parts sales and after a short "Grüß Gott" nothing came. The employee stubbornly looked at his screen. Suddenly his private cell phone rang and he called his friend for minutes about an order, although I as a CUSTOMER, was there BEFORE his private call. Anyway, I tolerated and waited .. But after 7 minutes "buddy help phone call" it was enough for me and I left. Conclusion: Once and never again It is a shame for VW to be able to call such "non-working" employees his own. I leave it in the room whether my "not service" which has to do with my foreign origin ..

Bis der neue bestellte Reifen ankam, wurde mir ein Ersatzreifen kostenlos geborgt und montiert. Was die Vandalismusschäden an Motorhaube und Beifahrertüre betraf wurde ich sehr in meinem Interesse als Kundin beraten. Es wurde mir keine sauteure Neulackierung aufgeschwatzt, man hat eine andere Lösung gefunden. Fast and very friendly service. My car had a broken tire. Until the new ordered tire arrived, a spare tire was borrowed and fitted free of charge. In my interest as a customer, I was very much advised on the vandalism damage to the bonnet and passenger door. No acidic repainting was blown on me, another solution was found.
