(der Friseurin) besprochen habe, welche Frisur ich möchte, meinte sie es würde balayage am besten zu den gezeigten Fotos passen. Sie färbte die Haare und meine Haare waren gelb und sehr fleckig, was mir erst zuhause aufgefallen ist.(Kosten dafür 105€) Zuhause habe ich erneut angerufen und mitgeteilt, dass meine Haare absolut nicht dem ansprechen was ich gerne haben wollte. Mir wurde einer neuer Termin zum Ausbessern angeboten. Ich habe diesen Termin wahrgenommen und nun vom Ansatz bis zu den Spitzen 'blonde' Haare - gehen eher in die gelbliche Richtung! Obwohl ich mehrmals betont habe, dass ich kühle Haare möchte. Während dem Nachfragen warum meine Haare nicht kühl sind, wurde mir geantwortet, dass das bei meinen Haaren nicht möglich sei - komisch dabei ist, dass ich bei meinen vorherigen 2 Terminen immer sehr kühles Haar nach dem Färben hatte. Was ich aber am schlimmsten finde -> ich musste für das Ausbessern des Fehlers, für den ich selber absolut nichts kann!!! Noch einmal 45€ bezahlen! Eine absolute Frechheit! Um 150€ hätte ich auch zu einem Friseur gehen können, der von Anfang an das macht was ich gerne möchte und nicht ständig mit Ausreden kommt! Der Konsumentenschutz hat mir diesbezüglich bestätigt, dass für das Ausbessern eigentlich nichts verlangt werden dürfte! I went back to this hairdresser for a long time (has already been there twice and was satisfied). After I discussed with P. (the hairdresser) which hairstyle I would like, she said that balayage would go best with the photos shown. She dyed my hair and my hair was yellow and very stained, which I only noticed at home (cost 105 €) At home I called again and told them that my hair absolutely did not respond to what I wanted. I was offered a new appointment to repair. I kept this appointment and now, from the roots to the tips, 'blonde' hair is more in the yellowish direction! Though I've emphasized several times that I want cool hair. While asking why my hair is not cool, I was answered that this is not possible with my hair - the strange thing is that on my previous 2 appointments I always had very cool hair after dyeing. But what I find worst -> I had to mend the error, for which I can absolutely nothing myself! Pay another 45 €! An absolute cheek! For 150 € I could have gone to a hairdresser who does what I would like from the start and doesn't always come up with excuses! In this regard, consumer protection has confirmed that nothing should actually be charged for the repair!
