Ich hatte immer Angst vor dem Haarefärben, da ich auch schon schlechte Erfahrungen durchmachen musste, doch Golden Hair hat mich wieder strahlen lassen! Sie gehen voll und ganz auf deine Wünsche ein und erklären dir den Prozess Schritt für Schritt bevor sie anfangen, dass auch du Bescheid weißt. Zudem sind sie sehr nett und sympathisch und es herrscht eine tolle Atmosphäre. AM SUPER SATISFIED WITH MY RESULT !!! I was always scared of dyeing my hair as I had already had bad experiences, but Golden Hair made me shine again! They fully respond to your wishes and explain the process to you step by step before they start, so that you also know. They are also very nice and personable and there is a great atmosphere.

Um 13:15 Uhr sagte mir die Mitarbeiterin sie kommt gleich.. um 5 Minuten vor halb 2 fragte ich nach, wie lange es noch dauern wird… „ich bin in 5 minuten für Sie da“.. als Sie dann immernoch nicht da war, bin ich gegangen.. habe sogar darauf hingewiesen, dass ich danach noch einen Termin habe… für Neukunden absolut nicht empfehlenswert!! Appointment agreed for 1 p.m. When I got there shortly before 1, I was told to sit down. At 1:15 pm the employee told me she was coming soon .. at 5 minutes before half past two I asked how long it would be ... "I'll be there for you in 5 minutes" .. when she was still not there , I left .. even pointed out that I still have an appointment afterwards ... absolutely not recommended for new customers !!
