K	Kristina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Möglichkeit die Haare im liegen gewaschen zu bekommen ist sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert. Die Prozedur des Färbens war verglichen mit der chemischen Haarfärbemethode kürzer und angenehmer. Ich war diese Woche das erste Mal bei diesem Frisör, da ich schwanger bin und die verwendeten Farben angeblich weniger bis gar nicht schädlich sind. Leider habe ich zwei Tage nach der Behandlung eine starke allergische Reaktion auf der Kopfhaut bekommen. Selbst nach mehrmaligen Haarewaschen ist der Juckreiz kaum besser geworden. Im Krankenhaus wurde eine Kontaktallergie festgestellt und mittlerweile hat sich herausgestellt, dass das ätherische Öl (welches im Zuge der Behandlung auch verwendet wurde) hierfür verantwortlich war. Insgesamt bereue ich diesen Frisörbesuch sehr, da meine grauen Haare genauso sichtbar wie vor der Behandlung sind und der Haarschnitt, trotz zweitem Anlauf nach einer Beschwerde, eine ziemliche Katastrophe ist! The ambience is very nice, the staff very friendly and the possibility to get your hair washed while lying down is very pleasant and recommendable. The procedure of coloring was shorter and more pleasant compared to the chemical hair coloring method. I went to this hairdresser for the first time this week because I'm pregnant and the colors used are said to be less to no harmful. Unfortunately, I got a strong allergic reaction on my scalp two days after the treatment. Even after washing your hair several times, the itching hardly got better. A contact allergy was found in the hospital and it has meanwhile been found that the essential oil (which was also used in the course of the treatment) was responsible for this. Overall, I very much regret this visit to the hairdresser, as my gray hair is just as visible as it was before the treatment and the haircut, despite the second attempt after a complaint, is quite a disaster!
