T	Tobias Kaderle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zunächst waren die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Mein Laptop (Huawei-Matebook) ließ sich nicht mehr einschalten und der Mitarbeiter hat mich mit einem "das wird aber sicher 2 Wochen dauern" abgewürgt. Nichts destotrotz habe ich meinen Computer zur Reparatur gegeben, da ich nicht wirklich eine andere Wahl hatte. Da mein PC noch in der Garantie war, war ich sehr geschockt als ich einen Anruf erhielt und mir erklärt wurde, dass ich 180€ für eine "Wasserschaden-Reparatur" zahlen könne, obwohl ich weiß, dass es keiner ist. Als ich nun die Reparatur ablehnte, da ich nicht bereit war für eine Arbeitsstunde 150 € zu bezahlen, holte ich meinen PC diese Woche ab. Ich musste dann auch noch 40€ Bearbeitungsgebühr bezahlen. Zuhause funktionierte der Computer zu meinem Erstaunen einwandfrei. Dies lässt mich darauf schließen, dass es lediglich darum geht Geld zu machen. Weiters habe ich nicht verstanden, weshalb ich es in das Huawei-Center bringen muss, wenn ohnehin Mac Shark an der Reparatur beteiligt ist! Ich kann nur allen empfehlen, das Gerät direkt zum Hersteller zu schicken! Dieser Shop ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert! At first, the on-site staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. My laptop (Huawei Matebook) could not be switched on and the employee stalled me with a "but it will definitely take 2 weeks". Nonetheless, I took my computer in for repair because I really didn't have a choice. Since my PC was still under warranty, I was very shocked when I received a call and was told that I could pay 180 € for a "water damage repair", even though I know it isn't. When I refused the repair because I wasn't willing to pay 150 € for an hour of work, I picked up my PC this week. I then had to pay a processing fee of € 40. At home, to my amazement, the computer worked perfectly. This leads me to believe that it is all about making money. Furthermore, I did not understand why I had to bring it to the Huawei Center when Mac Shark is involved in the repair anyway! I can only recommend everyone to send the device directly to the manufacturer! This shop is absolutely not recommended!
