Aufgrund ständig wechselnden Firmen auf der Baustelle sind Baumängel programmiert. Schließe mich der allgemeinen Meinung an. As already described, H2 is very good at initiating business. G	Gerlinde Theresia Reiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit anfangs seriösen Verkaufsgespräch und Abschluss kippt die Lage für weitere Besprechungen zu zusätzlichen Ausstattungen beziehungsweise Änderungen der Ausstattungen, man wird ruppig behandelt und muss um seine Anliegen heftig diskutieren. Es wurden mir zum Beispiel hochwertige Fenster aus Österreich zugesagt tatsächlich wurden mir Fenster aus Bosnien mit einer Zweifachverglasung eingebaut… Dies ist nur ein Beispiel… Ich würde mich in der heutigen Situation nie mehr für ein H2 Projekt entscheiden. An fast allen Ausführungen gibt es Mängel, das Billigste von der Standardqualität! Zur Antwort an den Bauträger: Es geht hier nicht um Normen und Regeln, sondern um QUALITÄT, die am Papier mit verkauft, aber leider nicht ausgeführt wird! Designer Planung - aber billigste Ausführung mit Firmen, die einfach Ihrem Preisdruck noch irgendwie standhalten können mit dem Ergebnis: Drei Wochen kein warmes Wasser, falsch verlegte Fußböden, weil sich Verklebungen lösen, Fenster wo es reinzieht, mit Kleber verdreckte Stiegenhäuser... usw. Design hui - Ausführung pfui - leider... Hauptsache die Marge passt.... Designer planning - but cheapest execution with companies that can somehow withstand your price pressure with the result: No warm water for three weeks, incorrectly laid floors because adhesions are loosening, windows where it pulls in, staircases dirty with glue ... etc. Design hui - execution ugh - unfortunately ... The main thing is that the margin is right ...

Meiner Meinung nach ein sehr kompetentes, seriöses, freundliches Personal und vor allem ist alles ohne jegliche Komplikationen abgelaufen. Kann H2 Bauträger nur weiterempfehlen! I have rented a wonderful apartment under H2 developer and I'm completely satisfied. In my opinion a very competent, serious, friendly staff and above all everything went without any complications. Can recommend H2 property developer only!

Die Qualität lässt wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Liegt wahrscheinlich an den ständig wechselnden Subunternehmern. Buying an H2 house these days is brave. Constant water in the basement - a renovation process has been going on for years. As already mentioned several times, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. Probably due to the constantly changing subcontractors.
