P	Patrick Kleinhans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurz vorweg: Ich besitze ein Importfahrzeug aus Japan (Rechtslenker) aus den Mid-90ern (Nissan Skyline R33 GTR). Leider kennt sich nicht jede KFZ-Werkstatt mit der Technik dieser Fahrzeuge aus (HICAS-Hinterachslenkung, Attesa-Allradsystem etc). Ich musste die Begutachtung gemäß § 57 Abs 4 KFG 1967 erneuern lassen. Auf Ratschlag eines Freundes hin, welcher ebenfalls ein Importfahrzeug aus Japan besitzt, wandte ich mich an die KFZ-Werkstätte Wolf. Bei der Begutachtung wurden vier Mängel festgestellt, welche Handlungsbedarf erforderten. Ich holte sodann einen Kostenvoranschlag ein, welcher für mich mehr als OK war, machte sodann umgehend einen Termin bei der KFZ-Werkstätte Wolf aus, bestellte die benötigten Ersatzteile in Japan und übergab das Fahrzeug an die Werkstatt zur Reparatur. Da die Werkstatt zu dem Zeitpunkt sehr ausgelastet war, fand der Termin erst zwei Wochen nach der ersten Begutachtung statt, was ich allerdings natürlich respektierte. Nach einem Arbeitstag konnte ich den Wagen wieder mitnehmen, natürlich mit erneuerter Begutachtungsplakette. Nicht nur, dass das Ergebnis sehr zufriedenstellend war, es wurde sogar der Kostenvoranschlag um mehr als 10 % unterschritten. Dass die 10 % hier trotzdem für den erstklassigen Service als „Trinkgeld“ bezahlt wurden, ist aus meiner Sicht selbstverständlich, zumal ich weiß, dass ich kein leichter Kunde bin. Ich würde auf jeden Fall die Dienste der KFZ-Werkstätte Wolf gerne wieder in Anspruch nehmen, wenn ich sie wieder einmal benötige, sofern mich die Werkstatt auch wieder als Kunde sehen möchte. :-) First of all: I own an imported vehicle from Japan (right-hand drive) from the mid-90s (Nissan Skyline R33 GTR). Unfortunately, not every car workshop is familiar with the technology of these vehicles (HICAS rear-axle steering, Attesa all-wheel drive system, etc.). I had to have the assessment renewed in accordance with Section 57 (4) KFG 1967. On the advice of a friend who also owns an imported vehicle from Japan, I turned to the Wolf car workshop. During the assessment, four deficiencies were identified which required action. I then got a cost estimate, which was more than OK for me, immediately made an appointment at the Wolf vehicle workshop, ordered the required spare parts in Japan and handed the vehicle over to the workshop for repair. Since the workshop was very busy at the time, the appointment only took place two weeks after the first assessment, which of course I respected. After a day's work I was able to take the car back with me, of course with a renewed appraisal sticker. Not only was the result very satisfactory, it was even more than 10% below the cost estimate. In my opinion, it goes without saying that the 10% was paid as a "tip" for the first-class service, especially since I know that I am not an easy customer. I would definitely like to use the services of the Wolf vehicle workshop again if I need them again, provided that the workshop would like to see me as a customer again. :-)
