Wir haben von den Türen, über den Boden bis zur Terrasse alles in dieser Firma gekauft und waren immer sehr zufrieden.

No more buying from H&W. I am very disappointed with the poor quality of the Mareiner thermo pine decking. After complaining, I was dismissed by phone.

Thermokiefer für Terrasse wurde uns als schieferfrei und langlebig verkauft. Genau das Gegenteil ist eingetreten. Nach 5 Jahren können wir das Holz wegschmeissen. H&W hat uns über Jahre hinweg vertröstet und abgewimmelt. Leider haben wir die Zeit übersehen, sonst hätten wir geklagt.
Never again at H&W.
Thermo pine for patio was sold to us as slate free and durable. Exactly the opposite has happened. After 5 years we can throw away the wood. H&W put us off and put us off for years. Unfortunately we missed the time, otherwise we would have complained.
