★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Puttinger bietet neben Qualität einen hervorragenden Kundenservice. Er ist extra von Österreich nach Deutschland (89***) gekommen um uns Ersatzteile zu bringen und zu verbauen. Kurz darauf ist etwas am Lattenrost gebrochen und er hat uns ohne Diskussion gleich einen komplett neuen geschickt. Und dafür wurde nichts verlangt. Das nenne ich Service!

 In addition to quality, Mr. Puttinger offers excellent customer service. He came especially from Austria to Germany (89 ***) to bring us and install spare parts. Shortly afterwards something broke on the slatted frame and he immediately sent us a completely new one without discussion. And nothing was asked for that. That's what I call service!
