★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheating people here. I bought a pair of shorts which have a tag of 12.99€ and the system charged me 20.99€. and I showed the cashier that all the same shorts in their store cost 12.99 but still they charged me 20.99 saying that they had stuck a wrong value on it

Got that classic "why would I wanna wear a LosAngeles 64 t-shirt?" feel to it.
Nonetheless I was able to purchase a 6,99€ bathing suit to try and wash away my sins in the Donau after all. 3-stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the first time I’m writing review about H&M in kids department actually I’m H&M costumer from a very long time and , and what happened with me it’s completely unacceptable with one blonde women with curly hair and she’s not young as well my daughter took an umbrella and hold it for just 5 min and i was paying by the cashier with the same woman she asked me to took it from her hand before she broke it and my daughter she was just holding it not more i told her but why she’s just looking at it and she will not broke it, she told me would you like to buy it if she broke it i told her off course !!!! And in second she told her employee to took it from my daughter hand and she told srry but we’ve an experienc with such issues!! I stopped the employee and i told her i will talk with my daughter plz don’t she was so nice and she apologized from me because it was totally rude from that woman and i took the umbrella and we brought it back, plz plz i was there at 30,12,2021 about 5:30 and 6:00 I’m not sure just check up the camera and take a look of that golden umbrella and of my daughter behavior and of that rude employee with curly short hair i think she’s one of the management team! If she’s not ready to work with children or in children section just let her work in court or police department it’s fit her much more !
