G	Günter Zwirner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohnungen zu sehr guten Konditionen; freundliche, bemühte und umfassende Betreuung; auf Anliegen wird sofort eingegangen (angefragter, zusätzlicher Fahrradständer für den Hof in kürzester Zeit bekommen). Linz kann wirklich froh sein, dass es einen sozialen Wohnbauträger gibt, wie die GWG. Apartments at very good conditions; friendly, hard-working and comprehensive care; requests will be dealt with immediately (requested, additional bicycle stand for the yard will be received in no time). Linz can be really happy that there is a social housing developer like the GWG.
T	Tanja Kollross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unhöflich und unfreundlich! Falschen Schlüssel zur Wohnungsbesichtigung mitgeben. Mein Partner musste 3 mal hin und her fahren. Keine Entschuldigung. Über den Zustand der Wohnung gebe ich jetzt keinen Komentar ab - vielleicht wird diese ja noch renoviert. Die Dame sagte außerdem sie bräuchte das Geburtsdatum "von der da" anstatt Antragstellerin zu sagen oder den Namen. Wo sind wir denn?! Dafür zahlt man 50 Euro Anmeldegebühr... Extremely rude and unfriendly! Give the wrong key to the apartment viewing. My partner had to drive back and forth 3 times. No apology. I'm not giving any comment about the condition of the apartment - maybe it will be renovated. The lady also said she needed the date of birth "from that" instead of saying the applicant or the name. Where are we ?! For this you pay 50 euros registration fee ...

Von einem Mitarbeiter zum anderen weitergeschickt, keiner will sich wirklich um einen kümmern und von 10 Mitarbeitern ist nicht ein einziger halbwegs nett. Alle sind nur hochnäsig & arrogant!! Anscheinend ist das typisch und ein Merkmal von der GWG das man den sinn von „freundlichkeit & respekt“ nicht kennt!! Frau Wesela ist sogar die Nr. 1 der Mitarbeiter der Unverschämtheit! Ich wunder mich das die Vorgesetzten der GWG nicht mal was machen den die Mitarbeiter vergraulen die Menschheit von der GWG! Schande!! As the reviews before me have already mentioned the staff in the GWG is just INSAMELY-UNFRIENDLY !! Forwarded from one employee to another, nobody really wants to take care of you and not a single one of 10 employees is halfway nice. All are just snooty & arrogant !! Apparently this is typical and a feature of the GWG that one does not know the meaning of "friendliness & respect" !! Ms. Wesela is even the No. 1 employee of outrage! I am amazed that the superiors of the GWG don't even do something that the employees scare away humanity from the GWG! Shame!!

E	Elisabeth Luger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wohne seit 2 Wochen in einer GWG Whg. und bin voll zufrieden. Reparaturen werden unkompliziert erledigt - ohne große Aufregung. Auch die Liftfirma war innerhalb von 30min zur Stelle. Der Kontakt mit der Verrechnungsstelle war sehr schnell und angenehm. Mein zuständiger Hausverwalter ist 1A und das Empfngsteam sehr professionell. Alles auch per Mail und deswegen unkompliziert. DANKE! I've been living in a GWG apartment for 2 weeks and I'm completely satisfied. Repairs are done easily - without much fuss. The lift company was there within 30 minutes. Contact with the clearing house was very quick and pleasant. My responsible house manager is 1A and the reception team is very professional. Everything also by mail and therefore uncomplicated. THANKS!
