Sie (16) und ich (18) wurden weder ernst genommen, noch zielgerichtet und unter unseren Vorraussetzungen beraten. Des Weiteren schloss Frau Duller-Dichtl mich vom Beratungsgespräch trotz vorherigem Wunsch meiner Frau, dass ich am Gespräch teilnehme, aus. Für Erstberatung und vor allem für junge Paare und Mädchen überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. The advice and examination of my wife was a cheek. Ich hatte nicht mal einen Termin bei ihr und jetzt will ich erst recht nicht mehr hin. Wie soll das funktionieren in der Praxis, wenn schon sowas nicht funktioniert. Achja, wenn ich schon meine Telefonnummer angebe, dann erwarte ich mir, dass wir uns sonst einen Ersatztermin ausmachen könnten, wenn sowas schon nicht funktioniert. So kann man auch potentielle Patienten verlieren. Danke für absolut NICHTS!!! Impudence! They offer the possibility to arrange appointments online and then not one is accepted. At first I thought, maybe I'm too late. So I tried again. Again the same, not even a comment why. So I called there and what is? Yeah, the lady on the phone just hangs up. I did not even have an appointment with her and now I really do not want to go back. How should this work in practice, if something does not work. Oh well, if I already indicated my phone number, then I expect that we could make up otherwise a replacement date, if something already does not work. So you can also lose potential patients. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING !!!
A	A. P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An den ersten Terminen nimmt sie sich Zeit. Danach ist es eher eine schnelle Abfertigung. Die Damen beim Empfang sind mal nett mal genervt. Die Ärztin ist auch auf Profit aus. Damit man sein Kind bei jeder Untersuchung sehen darf muss man 70 Euro bezahlen. Für dieses Geld nimmt sie sich nicht mal Zeit sondern fetzt schnell mit dem Gerät darüber und erklärt einfach nichts. Für simple Ultraschallfotos zahlt man 6 Euro. In meinem Bekanntenkreis muss keiner was für diese Leistungen bezahlen. Für jährliche Untersuchungen ist sie okay...werde aber bei der nächsten Schwangerschaft definitv jemanden suchen der nicht mit Muttergefühle und Sorgen Geld machen möchte. For annual examinations she is okay ... but at the next pregnancy will definitely look for someone who does not want to make money with mother feelings and worries.

Ganz tragisch wenn man so mit Menschen umgeht und die so schnell wie möglich loswerden will am Telefon. Dort würde ich mich nie freiwillig untersuchen lassen. Never had problems on a phone call. Except in this practice. Very tragic when you deal with people like that and want to get rid of them as quickly as possible on the phone. I would never voluntarily have myself examined there.
S	Sara R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr empört über die Behandlung bei Frau Dr. Duller-Dichtl. Ich kam mit einem Laborbefund zu ihr, der zeigte, dass ich einen starken Progesteronmangel habe bzw meine Hormone im Allgemeinen komplett durcheinander sind. Ich leide sehr unter den Symptomen wie Gewichtszunahme, absolute sexuelle Unlust, Haarausfall und eine ausbleibende Menstruation. All das begann nach jahrelangem Einnehmen der Pille. Das erste was ich jedoch von Frau Dr. zu hören bekam, als ich ihr von meinem Leiden erzählte war „so ein Blödsinn“. Sie wollte mich nun bereits das 2. mal davon überzeugen einfach wieder die Pille zu nehmen, obwohl ich ganz klar sagte, dass das für mich nicht mehr in Frage käme. Ich musste mir sozusagen selbst im Internet eine Diagnose stellen und als ich sie auf das sog. PCO Syndrom angesprochen habe, erst dann bestätigte sie dass sie das auch beim letzten Ultraschall gesehen hatte, gesagt wurde aber nichts davon!! Ich bin sehr wütend über diese Kompetenz dieser Ärztin und werde mir jetzt definitiv eine andere suchen. I am very indignant about the treatment from Dr. Duller-Dichtl. The first thing I got from Dr. got to hear when I told her about my suffering was "such nonsense". She wanted to convince me for the second time to just take the pill again, although I clearly said that this was no longer an option for me. I had to make a diagnosis myself on the internet, so to speak, and when I asked her about the so-called PCO syndrome, only then did she confirm that she had seen it during the last ultrasound, but nothing was said about it! I am very angry at this doctor's competence and will definitely look for another one now.

Leider ging es auch beim Gespräch mit Frau Dr. Duller-Dichtl mehr um meinen Impfstatus als um mein eigentliches Problem das nicht ernstgenommen wurde. A	Aida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first went to this place when I didnt have an insurance and needed some urgent help (long story short had BV and mistreated it for weeks), the price to get in without insurance was relatively cheap considering that the staff is extremely competent and the procedures are made very efficiently! The doctor was so helpful with me and spoke very nice english. I returned after getting an insurance and the doctor took her time to explain me what is happening down there and listened to my problems, was kind enough to explain all the medicine I had to take while also telling me how they work! I also discussed my birth control options with her and she recommended the best one that would suit both my body and my own preferences :) Other than the very competent doctor, the staff also always take their time to communicate with me! Last time I called them, I asked for them to speak a little bit slower since my german is not that good and she immediately switched to hochdeutsch and spoke slower. I really like the experience and I feel that everyone in that place cares about the well-being of their patients! Definitely would recommend to everyone! ❤️
