Immer Kompetent und Freundlich, Preise naja Citroen offiziell aber man bekommt das dementsprechend gute Service dazu. Auch den Support finde ich mehr als ok, schon öfter Herrn Kührer Telefonisch bzw. per Mail kontaktiert und immer sehr Kompetente Auskunft bekommen. Auch die Terminvereinbarung ist Problemlos,.. Bin mehr als zu frieden und mein C5 auch!! Has been to FA.Neumüller many times and has developed into my main workshop. Always competent and friendly, prices well officially Citroen but you get the corresponding good service. I also find the support more than ok, have often contacted Mr. Kührer by phone or email and always get very competent information. Appointments are also easy, .. I'm more than satisfied and my C5 too !!

Den Mechanikern bei der Arbeit zuzusehen macht mir Freude. Und das nach 30 Jahren Tätigkeit in der Qualitätskontrolle. Very competent, uncomplicated processing and first-class work at an affordable price. Workshop looks like a real workshop and not like a showroom! I enjoy watching the mechanics at work. And that after 30 years in quality control.

Hab dann gratis ein Ersatz Auto bekommen für die kurze Zeit. Hab das Additiv nachfüllen lassen. War erneut für ein Service dort. Hätte schneller gehen können, aber alles fein. Sogar einen Studentenrabatt bekommen! Gerne wieder. Is a mini back yard workshop, but really good. Citroen's price is official, but the service was good. Then I got a replacement car for free for the short time. I had the additive refilled. Was there again for a service. Could have gone faster, but everything was fine. Even get a student discount! Gladly again.

R	Rick Sanchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Chef extrem unfreundlich. Wohne direkt daneben (30 Sek. Fußweg), hab ein Auto mit nicht funktionierender Servolenkung (Auto abgemeldet). Habe gefragt ob jemand kurz nachsehen könnte ob das Öl leer ist oder ob die Pumpe undicht ist. Selbstverständlich hätte ich demjenigen etwas Geld für die Mühe gegeben oder hätte es in ihrer Werkstatt gleich reparieren lassen. Soweit bin ich nicht gekommen, da ist er mir ins Wort gefallen und sagte "Dafür arbeite ich nicht" ohne mir einen anderen Vorschlag zu machen. Danach war ich in der FAST BOX direkt daneben SEHR FREUNDLICH UND LÖSUNGSORIENTIERT The boss extremely rude. I live right next to it (30 sec. Walk), have a car with non-functioning power steering (car logged off). I asked if someone could check briefly whether the oil is empty or whether the pump is leaking. Of course I would have given them some money for the effort or had it repaired in their workshop straight away. I didn't get that far, when he cut me off and said "That's not what I'm working for" without making any other suggestion. After that I was VERY FRIENDLY AND SOLUTION-ORIENTED in the FAST BOX right next to it
P	Paul Patience on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going to break down, there are far worse places to be stranded than Vienna. We required an urgent repair to our Citroen and contacted Gustav Neumueller, although we had no appointment we were told to bring our car to them immediately and they would help us out, one of their mechanics spoke very good English which when you only have a handful of German words in your vocabulary, is always most welcome. If you need a certified Citroen garage in Vienna I can certainly recommend them.
