★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was able to find a suit for a wedding. Sadly we forgot to get the name of our sales assistant. He was very attentive and patient in assisting . It may be an outlet shop but you stil find interesting styles for a cheaper price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, yesterday June 20, 2020 I visited Joop in Parndorf. Very nice brand. I bought several shirts and other clothes. I was satisfied by the quality. But what I was just upset with is some staff members who were not customer friendly. While they were very polite with local people, they showed some arrogance to me using not very polite tone and language, and unfriendly looks. One manager spoke to me like to her own son a to a dog though I am 46 years old. I do not think it is a problem of Joop branch in itself. It is a problem of two-three people inside the staff, who just spoiled my impression. I know local people. They are very kind and dissent. But this way of treating me was an astonishing experience. Please consider this and think about selecting the staff who respect principles of multicultural society without bias. Once again the products of Joop are just marvelous.
