ABER:
Telefonisch abgemachte Preise für ein Einzelzimmer wurden nicht eingehalten.
Winterpreise Zimmer pro Kopf/Tag 38-42 €
Telefonisch wurde abgemacht 42 € da Single Belegung.
Bei Bezahlung am Abreisetag wurden 50€ pro Tag in Rechnung gestellt weil ich ja alleine ein Doppelzimmer belegt habe was aber bekannt war. Auf Beschwerde das ein anderer Preis ausgehandelt wurde Telefonisch ist er auf 46 € pro Tag herunter gegangen.
Es ist NICHT in Ordnung wenn man sich nicht an Preisabsprachen bzw ausgeschriebene Preise hält.
Nice surroundings, nice dealings with the hosts, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop that transports you to the ski area free of charge.
BUT:
Prices agreed by telephone for a single room were not kept.
Winter prices per person per day € 38-42
By phone, € 42 was agreed as single occupancy.
When paying on the day of departure, 50 € per day were billed because I used a double room alone, which was known. On complaint that a different price was negotiated over the phone it went down to 46 € per day.
It is NOT OK if you do not stick to price agreements or advertised prices.
