Einmal dort angelangt bietet er einen herrlichen Blick ins Tote Gebirge, tolle Tiefblicke auf Ebensee und den Traunsee und dem zum Greifen nahe aufragenden Höllengebirge.
 The western summit of Eibenberg, called Gschliff, is trackless and can only be reached in good visibility and on the steep ridge of Eibenbergschneid. Once there, it offers a magnificent view of the Dead Mountains, great views down to Ebensee and Lake Traunsee and Höllengebirge, which is so close to the ground.
