Der Aufstieg von Offenseerseite ist durchaus anstrengend und man sollte schon etwas schwindelfrei sein, speziell im oberen Bereich. Der Aufstieg von Rindbach aus ist leider nicht so schön. Ist abschnittsweise ziemlich verwachsen und generell ist dieser nicht so schön. Great hike and great mountain with an amazing view. The ascent from the Offense side is quite exhausting and you should be a bit free from giddiness, especially in the upper area. Unfortunately, the ascent from Rindbach is not so nice. In parts it is quite overgrown and in general it is not that nice.

And afterwards, a refreshing dip into Traunsee at Rindbach Strandbad - plus some re-hydration from the Strandbad buffet. 2,5h to the top, including some berry-sampling and game watching, 2h back to Rindbach. Also possible to cross over to Offensee via Hiasalm.
