Auf Anfrage, ob wir vorbei kommen können hat uns die Sprechstundenhilfe patzig mitgeteilt, dass wir zwar kommen können, aber mit einer langen Wartezeit zu rechnen ist. Ich sagte ihr, dass wir nicht mit einem Kleinkind, das 39 Grad Fieber hat so lange im Warteraum warten können. Daraufhin hat sie sehr unfreundlich reagiert und gesagt, dass alle Kinder, die in der Praxis sind hohes Fieber haben und dass das eben so ist! Ob das wohl Dr. Schaller persönlich auch so sieht? Our three-year-old son has a fever of 39 degrees and a strong cough. On request, whether we can come over, the receptionist quickly informed us that we can come, but we can expect a long wait. I told her that we can't wait in the waiting room with a toddler who has a 39 degree fever. Then she reacted very unkindly and said that all children who are in practice have a high fever and that is just the way it is! Whether that's Dr. Schaller personally sees it that way?

Durfte trotz Corona kommen und er hat meine Tochter angeschaut was ein anderer Vertretung‘s Arzt NICHT macht!!! Da bekommt man telefonisch verschreibungspflichtige Creme OHNE ein 8 Monat alles Kind anzusehen. Dr. Schaller ist ein sehr netter Arzt, kompetente Beratung, schneller Termin, freundliche Assistentin, 5 min Wartezeit, Top wirklich sehr zum empfehlen. Super Arzt inkl. Team Danke ❤️ After our pediatrician wasn't there, Dr. Schaller the representation. We recommend. Was allowed to come despite Corona and he looked at my daughter what another substitute doctor is NOT doing !!! You can get a prescription cream by phone WITHOUT looking at everything child for 8 months. Dr. Schaller is a very nice doctor, competent advice, quick appointment, friendly assistant, 5 min waiting time, Top really highly recommended. Super doctor including team Thank you ❤️
