Was sind das für Kriterien. !!! My wife is sick, she is the only doctor there and says she doesn’t take it because she’s not her family doctor or has been a patient with her before. What are the criteria. !!!

a	acti mel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärzte sind eigentlich ganz gut, aber die Wartezeiten Katastrophe. Man wird mit 38 Grad fieber abgewiesen, weil in den nächsten 2 Tagen n kein Termin frei ist. Auf den Hinweis, dass man allerdings einen Arzt benötigt, bekommt man die bampfige Antwort "Ja dann kommens um 9:15, aber da müssens halt warten". Danke, nein das wars! The doctors are actually pretty good, but the waiting times are disaster. One is rejected with a 38 degree fever because there is no appointment free in the next 2 days. When you are told that you do need a doctor, however, you get the nasty answer "Yes, then come at 9:15, but you have to wait there". Thanks, no that's it!

Mussten einen covid test machen, Solang das Ergebnis nicht da ist durften wir nicht zum Arzt (2 Tage). Jetzt haben wir das negative Ergebnis und mein Kind wird nicht dran genommen.(obwohl wir Schon mal Patienten waren) Ich weiß ja warum ich gewechselt habe. Zum Glück gibt s in Krems noch andere nette Ärzte mit netten Personal. Gerade in diesen Zeiten muss man etwas flexibler sein. My daughter is not given an appointment. She is sick and in pain. Had to do a covid test, as long as the result is not there, we were not allowed to see a doctor (2 days). Now we have the negative result and my child's turn is not taken (although we have already been patients) I know why I switched. Fortunately, there are other nice doctors with nice staff in Krems. Especially in these times you have to be a little more flexible.

Ich gehe zwar nicht so gern zum Arzt, aber bei euch fühle ich mich echt großartig aufgehoben. Vielen lieben Dank für die Mittlerweile 10 jährige Betreuung.
