Dann braucht man keine Telefonnummer angeben, wenn man eh nicht abhebt!!! So it is impossible to reach someone on the phone, 14 at a time !!!! Waited minutes to no avail! Then you don't need to give a phone number if you don't pick up anyway!

Hatte nach einem wichtigen Test-Termin über eine Woche lang vergebens versucht telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen - katastrophal und inakzeptabel die Organisation des Teams. Wartezeit vor Ort war aufgrund eines technischen Defekts sehr hoch, Eindruck der Ärztin obendrein äußerst unprofessional, schimpfte vor der Kundschaft lautstark über das interne IT-System, trug Maske nur schlampig. Ich rate vom Besuch dieser Praxis herzlich ab! 0 stars for absolutely the worst patient service ever! After an important test appointment I tried in vain to reach someone by phone for over a week - the organization of the team was catastrophic and unacceptable. Waiting time on site was very high due to a technical defect, the doctor's impression was extremely unprofessional, complained loudly in front of the customers about the internal IT system, only wore a sloppy mask. I strongly advise against visiting this practice!
D	Daniela Hoch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meiner Meinung eine TOP Ordination, die Assistentinnen sind sehr bemüht und freundlich! Ich wechselte zur Fr. Dr. weil ich mit meinem damaligen Hausarzt nicht zufrieden war! Endlich mal eine Ärztin die sich richtig Zeit nimmt und zuhört! Übrigens was ich noch toll finde ist, dass sie jeden Tag Blutabnahme haben und nicht nur einmal wöchentlich! ???????? Weiter so ?? ?????? In my opinion, a TOP ordination, the assistants are very hard-working and friendly! I switched to Ms. Dr. because I was not satisfied with my family doctor at the time! Finally a doctor who really takes the time and listens! By the way, what I also think is great is that they have their blood drawn every day and not just once a week! ???????? Keep it up ?? ??????

Muss sagen war wirklich begeistert das es keine Wartezeit gab und alles schnell ging. Very friendly staff. No queue. I was about to sit down and was called immediately. I have to say was really excited that there was no waiting time and everything went quickly.

Ich wollte meine Tochter "nur" krank melden...ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Gestern war die Praxis wegen Weiterbildung nachmittags geschlossen, heute nicht erreichbar. I've been trying to reach someone since 8am... to no avail! Unfortunately, my daughter is on crutches and therefore not mobile. I "just" wanted to report my daughter sick...an impossibility. Yesterday the practice was closed in the afternoon for further training, today not available.
