Doch 11 Tage tat sich leider nichts! Ausser das ich den 2.Artikel noch hatte . Jetzt habe ich das Geld(für Artikel 2)nach dem ich eine Mahnung bekommen habe bezahlt. Leider ging etwas schief, deshalb habe ich mich nun mit einer Mitarbeiterin per Email besprochen und das Problem gelöst. Fehler passieren jeden mal, und zur Zeit ist Weihnachtszeit und lockdown. Zum Glück gibt es Internet Versand, ohne würden wir jetzt auflaufen und nicht so viele Pakete bestellen können! Bin zufrieden mit Firma Grube, wer nicht will muss ja nicht bestellen! Unfortunately, a defective product was sent to me when it was dispatched, which I then returned immediately and hoped for a replacement. But unfortunately nothing happened for 11 days! Except that I still had the 2nd article. Now I have paid the money (for Article 2) after I received a reminder. Unfortunately something went wrong, so I have now spoken to an employee by email and solved the problem. Mistakes happen every time, and right now it's Christmas time and lockdown. Fortunately, there is internet shipping, without which we would not be able to order so many packages! I'm satisfied with the Grube company, if you don't want to, you don't have to order!
F	Fnatic1000 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich gebe ja ehrlichermaßen selten Rezensionen ab, aber da ich heute sehr positiv überrascht worden bin, sehe ich mich dazu veranlasst: Bestellt wurde eine Silky Hayauchi Stangensäge am Wochenende via Vorauskasse am 6.3.2022 - Lieferdatum war im Shop mit 20.03.2022 angegeben. Am 6.3.2022 via Onlinebanking bezahlt, am 08.03.2022 Mail mit der Versandnachricht (Ware tatsächlich übergeben an die Post und nicht bloß Empfängerdaten elektronisch übermittelt) und am Morgen des 09.03.2022 stand das Paket vor meiner Türe! :) Achja die Säge ist auch spitzenmäßig beiläufig erwähnt! To be honest, I rarely give reviews, but since I was pleasantly surprised today, I feel compelled to do so: A Silky Hayauchi pole saw was ordered at the weekend via advance payment on March 6th, 2022 - the delivery date was stated in the shop as March 20th, 2022. Paid via online banking on March 6th, 2022, mail on March 8th, 2022 with the shipping message (goods actually handed over to the post office and not just recipient data sent electronically) and on the morning of March 9th, 2022 the package was in front of my door! :) Oh yes, the saw is also mentioned in passing!

Internet auch innerhalb von 2 Tagen lieferbar gewesen... nach 3 Wochen angerufen, da noch immer keine Zusendung erfolgte... unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin teilte mit, dass Ware nicht lieferbar.... Auf meine Frage, wieso ich dann keine Verständigung bekomme, kam eine freche Antwort zurück... Die Lieferung kamm immer pünktlich, bis auf eine Paar Schuhe die eine halbe Ewigkeit gedauert haben aber das liegt nicht an Grube sondern an den Lieferengpässen die momentan Weltweit herrchen. Also sollte es Mal länger dauern,etwas Geduld und Verständnis, irgendwann wird's wieder besser. Auch noch mal ein großes Dankeschön an die Mitarbeiter, die wie ich finde, einen super Job machen. ? I found Grube a few years ago and have not been disappointed so far. The delivery was always on time, except for one pair of shoes, which took forever, but that's not because of Grube, but because of the delivery bottlenecks that are currently prevailing worldwide. So it should take longer, a little patience and understanding, at some point it will get better. Once again, a big thank you to the employees who, in my opinion, do a great job. ?
