T	Theresa Lichtenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hausarzt war auf Urlaub und wäre an diesem Tag auch nicht zu Hause gewesen weil ich aufgrund meines Studiums in Hagenberg wohne. Mir wurde ganz schnell verständlich gemacht, dass ich als Nicht-Patientin in der Praxis nichts verloren habe. Auch der Arzt persönlich kam mir unhöflich entgegen und fragte mich warum ich denn überhaupt hier sei. Da wäre es mir lieber gewesen man hätte mich gleich am Telefon abgewiesen. Family doctor was on vacation and would not have been at home that day because I live in Hagenberg due to my studies. It was quickly made clear to me that as a non-patient I had no business in the practice. The doctor himself came to me rudely and asked me why I was here at all. I would have preferred to have been turned away on the phone straight away.
D	Die Dani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute sehr enttäuscht. Meine Kinderärztin hatte heute ihren freien Tag. Ich musste aber mit meiner 4,5 Monaten alten Tochter zu einem Arzt, da sie eine nässende Wunde am Hals hat. Meiner Meinung nach ist dies bei einem Baby schon akut. Mir wurde sehr unmissverständlich und auch unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dass man als Nicht-Patient in dieser Praxis nicht erwünscht ist. I was very disappointed today. My pediatrician had her day off today. However, I had to go to a doctor with my 4.5-month-old daughter because she had a wet sore on her neck. In my opinion, this is already acute in a baby. I was told very unequivocally and unfriendly that one is not wanted as a non-patient in this practice.
J	Josef Siegl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Ärzte (Dr. Weber u. Dr. Sedlak), hat meine Probleme gleich erkannt und Wirbel eingerichtet. Schmerz war danach weg. Nur leider ist die Empfangsdame unfreundlich und man fühlt sich als Störfaktor, bis der Arzt einen freundlich empfängt. Auch die Ärztin machte einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck. Ergänzung: Leider nach erneutem Besuch wieder totale Unfreundlichkeit der Empfangsdamen. Absolute Frechheit, heutzutage sollte man daran denken, dass sich so etwas herumspricht. Tut mir Leid für die echt guten und freundlichen Ärzte, aber sie sind auch für ihre Mitarbeiter verantwortlich. Hausarzt wurde nun gewechselt. Very good doctors (Dr. Weber and Dr. Sedlak), recognized my problems immediately and set up vortices. Pain was gone afterwards. Unfortunately, the receptionist is unfriendly and you feel like a disruptive factor until the doctor receives you in a friendly manner. The doctor also made a very friendly impression. Addition: Unfortunately, after another visit, the receptionists were completely unfriendly again. Absolutely cheeky, nowadays you should remember that word of this gets around. I'm sorry for the really good and friendly doctors, but they are also responsible for their staff. Family doctor has now been changed.
T	Theresa Wiederkehr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nett, nett, nett,... Wenn Sie jedoch nicht diese Praxis als Hausarzt haben wird es schwierig hinein zu kommen... Aber das ist kein Stern Abzug Wert. Man muss auch sagen dass diese Sekretariat über, welche sich alle mit einem Stern aufregen hat sich auch sehr gebessert. Ich möchte auch Frau Dr. Sedlak sehr loben sie ist wirklich die neteste Kinderärztin die man sich vorstellen kann. Sehr zufrieden!!!!!♥️♥️♥️ Nice, nice, nice, ... But if you do not have this practice as a family doctor it will be difficult to get into it ... But that's not a star deduction value. It must also be said that this secretariat about, which all upset with a star has also greatly improved. Bei nur einem Hausarzt im Ort ist der große Ansturm und die damit verbundenen längeren Wartezeiten nur logisch (man ist halt nicht die einzige kranke Person). Es wird trotzdem versucht, so gut es geht damit umzugehen. Und wenn es unserer Kleinen echt schlecht geht, kommen wir trotzdem immer schnell dran. Die Betreuung der Ärzte/innen und Empfangsdamen ist super! Unsere vielen Sorgen werden ernst genommen und immer toll darauf eingegangen! Can not understand the bad reviews here! With only one family doctor in town is the big rush and the associated longer waiting times only logical (you just is not the only sick person). It is still trying to handle it as much as possible. And if our little one is really bad, we always come fast. The care of the doctors and receptionists is great! Our many worries are taken seriously and always taken great care!
J	Jacqueline Haider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich werde diese Praxis niewieder betreten. Die Empfangsdame ist ausnahmslos unfreundlich und bissig. Genau wie Dr. Sedlak. Leider war mein Sohn krank und meine Hausärztin hatte an diesem Tag keinen Dienst. Es wird einem unmissverständlich mitgeteilt, dass man als nicht fixer Patient nicht erwünscht ist. Und schon garnicht mit einem Kind. Die Ärztin ist auch Kinderärztin und persönlich enttäuscht wenn man ihr Kinder-Fachwissen nur in Vertretung in Anspruch nimmt. Mein Sohn wurde absolut lieblos und meiner Meinung nach grob und mit einer gewissen Wut im Bauch behandelt. Eine schriftliche Krankenbestätigung wäre mir fast verweigert worden - Grundlos!! Ich bin absolut enttäuscht vom Verhalten in dieser Praxis. Solche Personen sollten mit der Gesundheits-Branche nichts zu tun haben. I will never enter this practice again. The receptionist is invariably rude and snappy. Just like Dr. Sedlak. Unfortunately my son was sick and my family doctor was not on duty that day. One is told unequivocally that one is not wanted as a non-fixed patient. And certainly not with a child. The doctor is also a pediatrician and is personally disappointed if you only use her children's specialist knowledge to represent her. My son was absolutely careless and, in my opinion, treated roughly and with a certain anger in the stomach. I was almost denied a written confirmation of my illness - for no reason !! I am absolutely disappointed with the behavior in this practice. Such people should have nothing to do with the healthcare industry.

Es wurde immer sehr einfühlsam reagiert, sowohl beim Empfang als auch von den Ärzten. Akutsituationen wurden (nachdem diese von anderen Ärzten nicht als solche erkannt wurden) sofort erkannt und sehr bemüht und schnell Schritte unternommen. Dr. Weber ist sehr engagiert und kümmert sich nicht nur während des Besuchs um die Patient*innen, sondern ist auch langfristig um deren Wohlergehen bemüht. Ich kann diese Praxis uneingeschränkt empfehlen! As a patient for several years, I can only report exceptionally good experiences. There was always a very empathetic reaction, both at the reception and by the doctors. Acute situations were recognized immediately (after they were not recognized as such by other doctors) and great efforts were made and steps were taken quickly. Dr. Weber is very committed and not only looks after the patients during the visit, but also takes care of their well-being in the long term. I can fully recommend this practice!

Ich hatte das ganze we extreme Schmerzen und freute mich auf Mo 8 Uhr...so ich hing bis 8.45 in der Warteschleife und fuhr dann hin weil keiner abhebt!!! Die Empfangsdame telefonierte, kein guten morgen nix !!! Ich müsste länger warten weil ich keinen Termin hab !!! Erste Frage vom Dr. " warum sind sie nicht geimpft!!! Also Fazit hab mich extrem unerwünscht gefühlt und werde die Praxis nie mehr besuchen, und sicher nicht weiter empfehlen!!! Ich bin gelernte Arzthelferin und schäme mich für meinen Beruf!!! So was darf nicht sein.... Schrecklich !!! I have been a patient for several years and haven't been there for about 3 years. I was in extreme pain the whole time and was looking forward to Monday at 8 a.m. ... so I was on hold until 8:45 a.m. and then went there because no one answered !!! The receptionist called, no good morning nothing! I would have to wait longer because I don't have an appointment !!! First question from Dr. "Why are you not vaccinated !!! So in summary I felt extremely undesirable and will never visit the practice again, and certainly not recommend it! I am a trained doctor's assistant and am ashamed of my job !!! Something like that shouldn't be allowed .... Dreadful !!!
