E	Elli Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den einen Stern nur wegen der extrem unfreundlichen Sprechstundenhilfe, die einem so dermaßen abschätzig und von oben herab behandelt, dass ich nach kurzem Gespräch total aufgelöst wieder aufgelegt hatte. Zum Arzt bin ich gar nicht mehr gekommen, weil sie mich trotz Fieber und Brustentzündung 'sicher nicht' zum Doktor durchstellen wollte (hab eigentlich auch gar nicht danach gefragt, wollte nur wissen, ob er mich noch drannehmen kann, da Vertretungsarzt). 'Natürlich nicht' war auch da die Antwort, das Wartezimmer ist voll, außerdem hätte ich früher anrufen sollen (um 10 Uhr Vormittags) und sie wusste außerdem nicht 'was das für eine Brustentzündung sein soll'. So wurde ich noch nie behandelt, auch nicht beim Kassenarzt. Der Doktor tut sich nichts Gutes mit der Sprechstundenhilfe... Übrigens habe ich dann bei den BH Brüdern angerufen in der Ambulanz und wurde schon telefonisch bestens beraten und auch bei der Untersuchung gut betreut. Das alles war im Jänner und trotzdem war es mir ein Bedürfnis dies nieder zu schreiben, obwohl ich sonst fast ausschließlich gute Bewertungen gebe und wenn schlechte, dann mit Begründung. Aber nix gegen den Doktor, den kenne ich nicht. I didn't even come to the doctor because, despite the fever and chest infection, she 'definitely didn't' want to put me through to the doctor (actually I didn't even ask about it, just wanted to know whether he could still take me there, as a substitute doctor). 'Of course not' was the answer, the waiting room is full, besides, I should have called earlier (at 10 o'clock in the morning) and she also didn't know 'what kind of breast infection this is'. I've never been treated like this, not even by the statutory health insurance doctor. The doctor is not doing himself well with the office hours assistant ... By the way, I then called the BH brothers in the outpatient department and was given the best advice over the phone and was well looked after during the examination. That was all in January and yet I felt the need to write it down, although I usually only give good reviews and if bad, then with reasons. But nothing against the doctor, I don't know him.

Ich bin aus Steyregg und somit keine Patientin von ihm, wurde jedoch sehr freundlich in die Ordination gebeten, da ich zuvor telefonisch nachgefragte habe ob ich wegen extrem geschwollener, tränender und juckender Augen vorbeikommen dürfte. Es wurde eine genaue Anamnese durchgeführt und dann eine Bindehautentzündung diagnostiziert. Ich bekam entsprechende Medikamente verschrieben und man wünschte mir gute und baldige Besserung. Alles in allem ein sehr sehr netter, aufmerksamer Doktor. Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe. Weiters hatten wir vor ca. 4 Jahren mit Herrn Dr. Premstaller Kontakt als meine Großmutter palliativ zu begleiten war und auch hier war Hr. Dr. Premstaller sehr einfühlsam und kompetent. Also ein toller Arzt in meinen Augen. Dankeschön. Today I was with Dr. Premstaller (weekend emergency service). I am from Steyregg and therefore not a patient of his, but was very kindly asked to come to the surgery because I had previously asked by phone whether I could come by because of extremely swollen, watery and itchy eyes. A detailed medical history was taken and then conjunctivitis was diagnosed. I was prescribed appropriate medication and they wished me a speedy recovery. All in all a very nice and caring doctor. Thank you for the quick help. Furthermore, we had about 4 years ago with Dr. Premstall contact when my grandmother needed palliative care and Hr. dr Premstaller very sensitive and competent. A great doctor in my eyes. Thank you very much.

Das Problem ist seine Vorzimmerdame, die äußerst unhöflich ist und mir als Patientin geraten hat "ich soll mir einen Kassenarzt suchen", weil ich einen von ihr vorgeschlagenen Termin nicht wahrnehmen konnte. This negative review does not apply to the doctor. Dr. Premstaller is a great doctor who takes his time with his patients. The problem is his receptionist, who is extremely rude and advised me as a patient "I should look for a doctor" because I couldn't keep an appointment she suggested.
