Es ist alles vorhanden und der Weg zum Skigebiet - mit den vielen tollen Pisten - kurz. The location and the people of the farm are wonderful. Our daughter loves this farm with the many animals and can also really help with it. Everything is there and the way to the ski area - with the many great slopes - short.

J	Julia Reihlen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kommen jedes Jahr immer wieder sehr gerne zur Familie Gehwolf. Die Lage ist ein wenig abseits und so kann man den Urlaub super genießen. Die Wohnungen sind super ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wenn man mal einen Rat braucht, steht immer jemand von der Familie als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Every year we always like to come to the family Gehwolf. The location is a bit out of the way and so you can enjoy the holiday great. The apartments are well equipped and nothing is missing. If you need advice, there is always someone from the family available as a contact person. We feel very comfortable there.
M	Marcel Schaller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach muss nicht immer schlecht sein, daher kann ich die Ferienwohnung bei Familie Griesbauer uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in den Winterferien dort und kommen gerne wieder. Der Brötchenservice (inkl. frischer Milch und Eier) ist sehr praktisch und funktioniert super. Na und wer am Valentinstag sogar an Blumen denkt, der ist wohl als Gastgeber mehr als aufmerksam. Für die Skischuhe gibt es spezielle Lüfter/Trockner im Eingangsbereich und auch die Ski könnten man dort abstellen. Im Winter sind in jedem Fall Schneeketten ratsam, da die Anfahrt zum Hof schon steil und nicht immer Schnee/Eis frei ist. Zwei Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten hätte ich noch: - WLAN ist zwar frei aber eben auch nicht immer wirklich verfügbar. Mit einigen technischen Verbesserungen ist da schnell Besserung erreicht. - Ja, wir sind auf einem Bauernhof. Ja, da riecht es nach Tieren und Stall. Aber vielleicht wäre dennoch ein Trockenraum für Ski-oder Wandersachen empfehlenswert, der eben mit diesen Gerüchen nichts zu tun hat. Aber das ist jetzt echt schon das typische Suchen nach dem Haar in der Suppe. Denn wer eine ruhige Ferienwohnung mit ca. 5 Minuten Fahrtweg zu den Skihang-Parkplätzen Wagrain oder Kleinarl sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Simply doesn't always have to be bad, so I can unreservedly recommend the Griesbauer family's holiday apartment. We were there for the second time during the winter holidays and would love to come back. The bread roll service (including fresh milk and eggs) is very practical and works great. Well, if you even think of flowers on Valentine's Day, you will be more than attentive as a host. There are special fans / dryers in the entrance area for ski boots and skis can also be parked there. In winter, snow chains are advisable in any case, as the approach to the farm is steep and not always snow / ice free. I still have two possibilities for improvement: - WLAN is free but not always really available. With a few technical improvements, improvement is quickly achieved. - Yes, we are on a farm. Yes, it smells of animals and the stable. But perhaps a drying room for skiing or hiking gear would still be recommended, which has nothing to do with these smells. But that's the typical search for the fly in the ointment. Because if you are looking for a quiet holiday apartment with a 5-minute drive to the ski slope parking lots in Wagrain or Kleinarl, you've come to the right place.
D	David Sievert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Familien-Kurzurlaub (2 Erw. u. 2 Kind.) auf dem Griesbauer Hof war sehr schön. Praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, Küche und Bad neuwertige Einrichtung. Alles im sauberen Zustand. Sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie :-) Sehr viele Tiere und wenn die Kinder möchten, können sie mit anfassen auf dem Hof. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Our short family vacation (2 adults and 2 children) at the Griesbauer Hof was very nice. Practically furnished apartment, kitchen and bathroom as good as new. Everything in a clean condition. Very nice host family :-) A lot of animals and if the children want, they can touch on the farm. We would love to come back!

Der Hof ist sehr ruhig außerhalb gelegen und man ist dennoch sehr schnell an sehr vielen tollen Ausflugszielen. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort. We were very spontaneous at the Griesbauer's and were able to get to know a very lovable host family there. The farm is very quiet outside and you can still reach a lot of great destinations very quickly. We were definitely not there for the last time.
