A great place for young and old! Everything is clean and well arranged. If you want to go to Wagrain once, this is the perfect place!

We lived in the basement. Really bad beds. And in our kitchen sink there was sewage from the other apartments. Or from the washing machine.

Viszont van csizma tároló, könnyű parkolás, és napi igyenes belépő a közeli wellness fürdőbe. Good value for money. Small but cozy. It's in the middle of a good place. The owner is normal, the place is clean. There is no oven, the kitchen is a little underfloor. However, there is a boot storage room, easy parking, and daily access to the nearby spa.
M	Miriam Dauben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das idyllisch am Hang gelegene Landhaus mit gemütlichen Apartments befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zum sehr ansprechenden Zentrum von Wagrain inkl. Supermarkt und zahlreichen Restaurants und der Wasserwelt, deren Eintritt im Preis mit inbegriffen ist. Dank der Hanglage sind die Apartments ruhig gelegen und verfügen über einen sonnigen Platz mit Sitzgelegenheiten, auf dem man sich nach einem anstrengenden Urlaubstag noch einmal ausruhen kann. Hauseigene Parkplätze vermeiden langes Suchen... Das Apartment verfügte über eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, einen Fernseher, ein sehr sauberes Duschbad, kostenfreies und einwandfrei funktionierendes (!) WLAN, einen Radiowecker und Fön. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden ebenfalls kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Inhaber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns herzlichst empfangen. Für jeden Wunsch oder jedes Problem hat er ein offenes Ohr. Klasse!!! Danke noch einmal für alles, Michael! Wir kommen gerne wieder...vielleicht ja auch mal im Winter!? The idyllically situated on the hillside country house with cozy apartments is within easy walking distance to the very attractive center of Wagrain including supermarket and numerous restaurants and the water world, whose entry is included in the price. Thanks to the hillside location, the apartments are quiet and have a sunny place with seating where you can rest after a busy day's work. Own parking spaces avoid long searches ... The apartment had a fully equipped kitchenette, a TV, a very clean bathroom, free and perfectly functioning (!) Wi-Fi, a clock radio and hairdryer. Fresh linen and towels were also provided free of charge. The owner was always available and welcomed us sincerely. He has an open ear for every wish or every problem. Class!!! Thanks again for everything, Michael! We'll be back ... maybe even in winter !?
M	Mári Ónody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A konyhában nem működött a mosogató csap. A fűtés borzasztóan hangos, elavult, az ablak szigetelés helyett ki lehetett látni a részeken. Gondozatlan szállás! The sink faucet did not work in the kitchen. The heating was terribly loud, outdated, and instead of insulating the window, it could be seen in the parts. Careless accommodation!

Blisko do przystanku skibusa i kolejek gorskich I was there for the second time in winter and will be happy to come again. All the necessary needs for two people 65+ this guesthouse is guaranteed. Close to the ski bus stop and mountain railways

The kitchen is < 1m2 (see photo), the beds are a disaster (supported by rocks, all frames broken), dust everywhere, the walls are humid and even with mold, the heater is locked by the landlord so you can hardly warm the house. The bathroom is very small and the door has melted by the dangerous heater behind it. Skiboot dryer in the very small corridor is very amateurish and when it works (usually not) it makes so much noise that you feel like a jet engine is in your room. No proper wifi. Be careful when it comes to validation of your tourist card and tourist tax. You can get much better for this amount of money.
