Als Interessent und letztlich als Abholer vor Ort war ich nicht nur vom Fahrrad, sondern insbesondere auch vom äußerst freundlichen, sehr zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Team im Büro, Verkauf und in der Werkstatt begeistert. Besser kann es aus meiner Sicht nicht laufen. Ich freue mich auf viele Touren mit dem KTM Macina Sport 620. Used e-bike with many new wearing components and hardly any signs of wear, as described in the offer. As an interested party and ultimately as a collector on site, I was not only enthusiastic about the bike, but especially about the extremely friendly, very courteous and helpful team in the office, sales and workshop. In my opinion, it couldn't be any better. I'm looking forward to many tours with the KTM Macina Sport 620.

Auch wenn im Gutschein der Zeitraum gültig ist, werden sehr viele Zeiten wie z.B. Oster, Pfingsten etc. von den Hotels nicht für Gutschein-Kunden akzeptiert. Mein Gutschein war mit schulpflichtigem Kind geplant und kann so leider gar nicht eingelöst werden. Greenstorm scheint das egal zu sein und Beschwerden werden anscheinend prinzipiell nicht beantwortet, weder per Mail noch telefonisch. Stay away from hotel vouchers if you are not absolutely flexible with the times. Even if the period in the voucher is valid, many times such as Easter, Pentecost, etc. are not accepted by the hotels for voucher customers. My voucher was planned with a school-age child and unfortunately cannot be redeemed at all. Greenstorm doesn't seem to care and complaints are apparently not answered as a matter of principle, neither by e-mail nor by telephone.

Zu Jahresbeginn Bike retourniert und innerhalb von wenigen Tagen die hinterlegte Kaution problemlos retour überwiesen bekommen. Wirklich top! Danke dafür. Wir haben auch schon mehrere Hotelgutscheine erworben, natürlich ist es manchmal etwas mühsam diese einzulösen aber den Preisen die man dafür bezahlt doch mehr als verständlich oder? Leider sind manche Leute so unverschämt zu verlangen für wenig Geld auch noch die Suite zur Hauptsaison zu bekommen. Denen ist halt nicht zu helfen. Ich kann Greenstorm ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen! For two years as an ambassador, I was allowed to do my rounds with a fully. Bike returned at the beginning of the year and within a few days the deposit was returned without any problems. Really great! Thanks for that. We have already purchased several hotel vouchers, of course it is sometimes a bit tedious to redeem them, but the prices you pay for them are more than understandable, right? Unfortunately, some people are so outrageous as to ask for a suite in the high season for little money. There's no helping them. I can recommend Greenstorm with a clear conscience!

Ewig lange Wartezeit auf eine Antwort, oder auch keine, wenn man ein Problem hat wie zum Beispiel das das Rad defekt ist und eine Reparatur benötigt. Hat man mal einen Mitarbeiter/in in Kontakt sind diese aber sehr freundlich. Trotzdem läuft alles schleppend, für mich nicht professionell. I have subscribed to an E Bike. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Eternally long waiting time for an answer, or none if you have a problem such as the bike is defective and needs repairing. If you have an employee in contact, they are very friendly. Nevertheless, everything is sluggish, not professional for me.

M	M Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ company was not at first complying with contract, addidng free breakfast when the contract stated no breakfast...at the end also not complying with contract , i had to mention lawyers for them to stop trying to charge me their own income tax . our contract just stated rental ebikes in exchange for rooms... very dodgy experience indeed, wouldnt trust them

I ordered the bike a week ago and after payment was confirmed the bike was sent instantly! The bike arrived in a great condition and could even be mistaken for new! Happy customer and I highly recommend this place!
