★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein kleiner freundlicher Anruf um wegen einer Gravur anzufragen. Die Dame lässt mich nicht ausreden, erklärt mir nichts und schnauzt mich nur an, ich muss kommen. Ich habe nicht mal die Möglichkeit auzureden, dass ich nicht ums Eck wohne, sie ist zu keinem Gespäch bereit. Ich finde einen anderen Laden, der mir das macht, sie hat schlussendlich grußlos aufgelegt.
My little friendly call to inquire about an engraving. The lady doesn't let me finish, doesn't explain anything to me and just snaps at me, I have to come. I don't even have the opportunity to say that I don't live around the corner, she's not ready to talk. I find another shop that does this to me, in the end she hung up without a greeting.
