Genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall! Was den Tatsachen entspricht ist: Verlässlichkeit! Sie bekommen auf Email,Telefonate mit fast 100% keine Antwort! Und wenn...wird man mit Fadenscheinigen Ausreden abgewimmelt!! Gäbe es "Minus-Sterne" würde ich ungeschaut die HÖCHSTANZAHL vergeben!! Leider kann ich nicht besseres mitteilen!?? ?????? Ich warte jetzt seit 02.Juli 2020(!!) auf eine Instandsetzung meines neuen Garagentores, aber anscheinend hat die Firma mit soviel Reklamationen(??!!) zu tun, dass meine nicht berücksichtigt werden kann??!! Nochmals soviel zum Thema SERVICE!!! 11.10.2020!! ??? Heute: 27.10.2020!! Anruf ,die Firma schickt mir diesen Ersatzteil per Post, ich soll es selbst montieren!! An FRECHHEIT wohl nicht zu überbieten!! Das alles noch in der ( von der Firma ) gepriesenen GARANTIE!! MEIN FAZIT HÄNDE WEG VON DIESER (FIRMA)???? Heute 06.11.2020!! Ohne vorherige Ankündigung Firma(??) vor Ort!! Wen wundert es, natürlich nicht erledigt, da falscher Teil geliefert!! Wirklich eine Firma zum "WEITEREMPFEHLEN!!!????? Letzter Satz: mehr ist mir diese Firma(??)nicht wert! Falls(!!) Sie diese Firma....weiterempfehlen sollten(???).. na dann...wird eine Reparatur binnen weniger Tage erledigt!!! I have been waiting for a repair of my new garage door since July 2nd, 2020 (!!), but apparently the company is dealing with so many complaints (?? !!) that mine cannot be taken into account ?? !! So much again about SERVICE !!! 10/11/2020 !! ??? Today: 10/27/2020 !! Call, the company will send me this spare part by post, I should assemble it myself !! Probably not to be beat in FREEDOM !! All of this still in the (from the company) praised GUARANTEE !! MY CONCLUSION HANDS OFF THIS (COMPANY) ???? Today 11/06/2020 !! Company (??) on site without prior notice !! Who is surprised, of course not done because the wrong part was delivered! Really a company to "RECOMMEND !!! ????? Last sentence: This company (??) is not worth more to me! If (!!) you should recommend this company .... (???) .. well then ... a repair will be done within a few days !!! But how ... beyond my knowledge !! Thanks, that was it !!! 11/20/2020 !!!!
