Very kind, understand, gorgeous, patient, friendly, warm and super professional, all at once! The employees are always what makes the difference, and these two are definitely an asset for this hotel. Also our short stay at the hotel was great, very clean and luxurious. I loved it!

Went there to pay for the parking in their ?️arking lot and I've been treated exceptionally friendly and attentive☺. I absolutely loved the interior and architecture of the hotel. All employees are super friendly and very well organized. Keep it up! ☺ Definitely five stars ? ??.

F	Filippo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was overall ok although the room was way too hot and noisy at night. The bed was way too soft and it got me back pain the next morning. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is nice but there are no covers on the food to protect it and guests are not required to wear masks or gloves so during these times it feels a little strange. The TV’s have a Chromecast which makes the in room entertainment next level, super!

The check-in desk is a little strangely located to leave more room to the bar area and the restaurant. The buffet breakfast offers good choices both savoury and sweet, great selection of teas and healthy foods as well. There's a small wellness area with a gym, a swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, very nice but unfortunately there's no one there from the staff so kids play and scream, adults wear no clothes even if the policy states swimwear is mandatory etc. The overall experience was good and it's a short drive along the lake to reach Lindau on the German border, you can't miss a visit there.
C	Caz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, very accommodating. We had a junior sweet which gave out daughter privacy in her own sleeping area. Shower and bath with two toilet facilities. The free mini bar was enjoyed. There is a small pool in the hotel which we had fun in. The breakfast was very good. We cannot complain! The rooms are very nice with big comfy beds. Would recommend. Also, the hotel is centrally located. Just perfect.
