Ş	Şenol Özkan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly staff and great food. It is a good start point for several hikes. Great interior design and perfectly clean bathrooms! Best place to relax a little bit after a difficult hike.

Food was below average : the stew had tender yet tasteless beef, the sauce was made with a boring yet noticeable industrial stock that tasted like MSG and little else. The little guy's spaghetti bolognese tasted like tomato concentrate with thyme. The salad had beetroot from a jar in it. Best avoided.
L	Lucas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review of the food. the place itself looks very nice and all dishes look very good.however the soup was extremely salty and the kas spätzle (cheese noodles) were among the most boring I ever had. Very tasteless. I explained this to the waiter and he said there are many variations of he dishes. if you call tasteless and too salty a variation he is right. Can't comment on the other dishes.
R	Ramon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiking up the Karwendel Nature Park, entering from Perstisau you will be walking for about an hour in the Alps and forest (perfect walking paths) and you will find this beautiful resort. I visited their restaurant and had a great experience, warm, authentic, and tasty dishes, stunning views. The staff is warm and friendly, and the mountain scenery surrounding the hotel is simply breathtaking. It is a definite must if you are around the area and want to hike or country ski (both syles) and have a good meal after 7 km, take awesome pictures, or if you want to stay in a beautiful wellness hotel.
M	Michael Rosendorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, good food, sub-standard valley-rooms (bathrooms from the 1970s), very varying service friendliness and super annoying, patronising leadership family. Pity, too, they had closed the spa area and didn't give our group access to a bigger, more Covid-19 friendly seminar room during our stay there. And the only option for morning yoga was in the corridor in front of the rooms, vegetarian food that's not, condescending/ cavalier comments from junior owners in response to a service request, etc. Seems like these guys don't love the hospitality industry and are stuck in an understanding of it that's way outdated. Not happy.

The spa area is nice, but we disliked that the jacuzzi was used as a toddler pool. The lack of warm water area for toddlers should not make the jacuzzi unavailable (and probably peed into by the toddlers) all the time.
C	Carlos Capurro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical Alpine valley where at the end of it you find a large restaurant/hotel, surrounded by gorgeous mountains. In winter you go there to downhill skiing and Langlaufen, but from Spring all the way to Fall you can walk up to the mountains following narrow paths perfectly well signalled or rock walls climbing. But in any season you can enjoy from the large and super well equipped swim pools and saunas. Ah! and don't forget to buy you supply of locally made cheeses from cow, sheep and goats milk.

I can also compare a tea with alcohol with another place in that area (the cottage down nearby) and this one was much more expensive and less strong and tasty. However very lovely location and views around. It is why I give 2 review stars.
