Unser Problem war ein Wasserschaden. Wir wurden unverzüglich zurückgerufen und der Schaden wurde schon am nächsten Tag nicht nur schnell repariert, sonder auf eine Art und Weise, dass Folgereparaturen (Fliesen) weitgehend vermieden wurden. Wer schon einmal einen Wasserrohrbruch erlebt hat, weiß, wie hilflos man in dieser Situation ist. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Partner wünschen können! Die Planung der neuen Leitungen als auch die Verwirklichung unserer Wünsche hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Nun haben auch meine Eltern in Wien Hernals ein neues Bad bekommen. Hr. Ptacek war persönlich 3 x bei Ihnen um alles zu planen und die Möbel auszusuchen. Vor allem sehr positiv seitens meiner Eltern würde die freundliche und kompetente Beratung hervorgehoben. Jedoch am meisten hat meine Eltern erstaunt, dass der komplette Umbau altes Bad mit Fliesen an der Wand und Boden herausnehmen neu verfliese Duschwanne und Glasabtrennung sowie Möbel einbauen in nur 5 Tagen erledigt war. Da alles absolut toll geklappt hat zwei Jahre später auch das Badezimmer und WC. Besser geht es nicht... schnell, pünktlich, sauber und sogar etwas günstiger wie im Kostenvoranschlag vereinbart! Sogar auf Änderungswünsche während der Arbeit wurde nett und problemlos reagiert, der Inhaber war auch immer wieder als Ansprechpartner- neben den netten, sehr kompetenten Inländischen Monteuren- vor Ort!
