Dillinger aufgrund eines Wasseraustritts bei unsrem Boiler (Akut) und wg. eines Druckkesseltauschs für unser Hauswasserwerk. Obwohl eigentlich keine Termine in kurzer Zeit möglich waren, wurde dennoch am selben Tag ein Mitarbeiter zumindest so freigespielt das er sich den Wasseraustritt vor Ort ansehen konnte und uns erstens etwas beruhigen konnte und zweitens uns zeigte wie wir dennoch die Zeit überbrücken konnten bis zum Austausch des defekten Bauteils. Die Betreuung war sowohl telefonisch von der Dame im Geschäft, als auch von den Mitarbeitern vor Ort jedesmal sehr freundlich und überaus kompetent. Hier erfolgten keine sofortigen Versprechen, sondern es wurde immer alles erstmal genau abgeklärt und festgelegt. Es wurde von den Technikern vor Ort immer sehr sauber, zügig und präzise gearbeitet sodass ein "nachputzen" absolut nicht nötig war. Fa. Dillinger ist jetzt in unsrer Handwerkerkartei und wird immer wieder gerne von uns kontaktiert werden. Denn hier stimmt sowohl der Preis aber vor allem auch die Qualität! Eine absolute Empfehlung. We contacted Dillinger because of a water leak in our boiler (acute) and because of. a pressure boiler replacement for our domestic waterworks. Although no appointments were actually possible in a short time, an employee was released on the same day at least so that he could look at the water outlet on site and first of all calm us down and secondly showed us how we could still bridge the time until the replacement of the defective component. The support was very friendly and extremely competent, both by telephone from the lady in the shop and from the employees on site. No immediate promises were made here, but everything was always clarified and fixed first. The technicians on site always worked very cleanly, quickly and precisely so that "cleaning" was absolutely not necessary. Dillinger is now in our handicraft register and will always be happy to contact us. Because here the price is right, but above all the quality! An absolute recommendation.

Dass bei der Arbeitszeit gerne geschummelt wird ist bei den meisten Installationsfirmen Standart. They were friendly, but after the annual thermal check, the test sticker was forgotten and I was told a price on the phone, which turned out to be much higher.
