R	Robert Karl Stummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kann anrufen wann man will (während der Ordinationszeiten), man hört immer zuerst das Tonband das man mit Patienten beschäftigt ist. Also per Telefon schon mal nicht denn man kann telefonisch nichts machen. Also wenn man einen Termin braucht muss man hingehen und ausmachen weil ja niemand abhebt. Irgendwie frag ich mich warum die überhaupt ein Telefon haben. Hmmm... You can call whenever you want (during ordination times), you always hear the tape that you are dealing with patients first. So not by phone because you can't do anything over the phone. So if you need an appointment you have to go and make an appointment because nobody answers. Somehow I wonder why they even have a phone. Hmmm...

Das einzige Nachteil ist dass man so viel warten muss.(wenigstens 2 Stunden Wartezeit) sonst ist alles super! The Dr. Porsche is very competent and friendly. The only downside is that you have to wait so much (at least 2 hours waiting) otherwise everything is great!

Seit der Termin-Ordi ist es echt super geworden außerdem ist das Team einfach super freundlich Doktor Prosche wie immer sehr kompetent und auch Frau Buchinger sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Rezepte und Krankenstandsmeldung per Mail funktioniert super ich komme in die Ordi und schon alles fertig zum abholen außer man muss zum Doktor rein. I have been with Doctor Prosche since 2004 and had to have a lot of time but that was once I always say when I'm sick then has time. Since the appointment Ordi it has become really great also the team is just super friendly Doctor Prosche as always very competent and also Mrs. Buchinger very helpful and friendly. Recipes and sick leave message via mail works great I come to the Ordi and already everything ready to pick up except you have to go to the doctor.
A	Anita Frei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ als ganz neue Patientin hat Dr. Prosche sich sehr viel Zeit für mich genommen, gut beraten, zugehört und komplikationslos benötigte weitere Schritte und Medikation verschrieben. Lange Wartezeiten bedeuten immer auch, dass für den gerade be- handelten Patienten sich sehr viel Zeit genommen wird. Das Team selber scheint gut aufgestellt zu sein. Ich bin begeistert und werde sicher eine Langzeitpatientin aber mit einem guten Gefühl. as a completely new patient Prosche me a lot of time taken for me, good advice, listened and complications required further steps and medication prescribed. Long waiting times always mean that for the Patients take a lot of time. The team itself seems to be well prepared. I am thrilled and will certainly be a long-term patient but with a good feeling.

Ebenso Frau Buchinger, danke für ihre Geduld und Kompetenz, ihr Job ist alles andere als einfach. Das einzige Manko, trotz Terminvergabe, 2,5 Std Wartezeit. Dr Prosche is one of the most loved people I know. Always understanding and helpful. Likewise, Mrs. Buchinger, thank you for your patience and competence, your job is anything but easy. The only drawback, despite scheduling, 2.5 hours wait.
G	Gabriel Akdil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum ersten Mal da gewesen. Anmeldung verlief unkompliziert und einfach. Ab da ging es nur noch Bergab.. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich. Das Telefon hat durchgehend geläutet ohne das jemand abhebt. Die Wartezeiten sind abnormal hier. Nach !! 3 STUNDEN !! bin ich endlich dran gewesen. Herr Dr Porsche ist überaus nett und sehr erfahren. Im Großen und ganzen werde ich kein zweites Mal herkommen. For the first time been there. Registration was uncomplicated and easy. From there it was only downhill .. The lady at the front desk was very rude. The phone has been ringing continuously without anyone picking up. The waiting times are abnormal here. To !! 3 HOURS !! I finally got it. Mr. Dr Porsche is very nice and very experienced. By and large, I will not come back a second time.
N	Nicole Schenk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr. Prosche ist ein sehr sympathischer, kompetenter Arzt! Seine Sprechstundenhilfe ist auch am Telefon sehr zuvorkommend und nett! Als ich das erste Mal in die Ordi kam, war sie mir sofort sympathisch; jedem, der sich hier wegen der Wartezeit aufregt, sei gesagt, dass die Wartezeit keinen Aufschluß über die Kompetenz des Arztes aussagt. Außerdem ist mir ein Arzt, der sich mit mir und meiner Erkrankung ausführlich beschäftigt, lieber, als jener, der mich durchwinkt und mir ein Rezept in die Hand drückt. Es sei auch noch zu erwähnen, dass Herr Dr. Prosche keiner ist, der sofort zu Antibiotika greift, was ihn für mich noch zusätzlich sehr sympathisch macht! Dr. Prosche is a very personable, competent doctor! His office hours help is very courteous and nice even on the phone! When I first came to the Ordi, I immediately liked her; Anyone who is upset about the waiting time should be told that the waiting time does not provide any information about the competence of the doctor. I also prefer a doctor who deals with me and my illness in detail than the one who waves me through and hands me a prescription. It should also be mentioned that Dr. Prosche is not someone who immediately takes antibiotics, which makes him very personable for me!
A	Alles HD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfassbar schlechter Hausarzt. Man klingelt, muss 10 min vor der Tür warten bis eine Assistentin einem aufmacht. Ich hatte einen Termin um 16 Uhr und bin extra 15 Minuten Früher gekommen damit alles passt. Ich warte 70 Minuten bis ich endlich drankomme, währenddessen kommen Leute später rein als ich und aus mir unerklärlichen Gründen kommen sie vor mir bei Arzt dran, obwohl ich schon lange mit Termin warte. Dann komm ich rein und erläuterte dem Arzt meine Probleme. Der Arzt schaut sich die für 2 Sekunden an und diagnostiziert nur das was mir ohnehin schon klar war. Nachdem hat er mir eine Salbe verschrieben die überhaupt nichts bringt. Fazit: ich warte 70 min mit Termin, um vom Arzt etwas gesagt bekommen, das ich schon vorher wusste. In meinen Augen ist dieser Hausarzt schmutz! Bitte suchen sie sich einen neuen! Incredibly bad family doctor. You ring the bell, you have to wait 10 minutes in front of the door until an assistant opens the door. I had an appointment at 4 p.m. and came an extra 15 minutes earlier so that everything fits. I wait 70 minutes until I finally get my turn, meanwhile people come in later than me and for inexplicable reasons they come to the doctor before me, even though I've been waiting for an appointment for a long time. Then I come in and explain my problems to the doctor. The doctor looks at them for 2 seconds and only diagnoses what was already clear to me. After that he prescribed an ointment for me that didn't work at all. Conclusion: I wait 70 minutes with an appointment to be told something by the doctor that I already knew beforehand. In my eyes, this family doctor is dirty! Please look for a new one!
