S	Steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highlight dieser Hütte ist die Super Lage. Sie liegt auf einer Art Plateau auf welchem Sonnenauf oder Untergang gut verfolgt werden können. Von dieser Hütte gibt es mehrere Wege. Innen ist es in Ordnung. Der Waschraum im Keller hat was von katakomben. Die Wirtin hatte vielleicht gerade keine gute Zeit, wir als Gäste haben das leider recht eindringlich gespürt. Das Essen war ok, nicht ganz durch. Das Frühstück hingegen war gut. Preise in Ordnung. Wanderer sind auf das Flaschenwasser 3,50/Liter angewiesen, denn es gibt kein Trinkwasser The highlight of this hut is the great location. It lies on a kind of plateau on which sunrise and sunset can be easily followed. There are several paths from this hut. It's okay inside. The laundry room in the basement has something of a catacomb. The landlady may not have had a good time at the moment, but unfortunately we as guests felt that very strongly. The food was ok, not quite through. The breakfast, however, was good. Prices ok. Hikers are dependent on bottled water of 3.50 / liter, because there is no drinking water
A	Andreas Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hütte in sehr schöner Lage, gemütlicher Gastraum. Das Essen für Hausgäste am Abend war eher schlecht, Brötchen am Morgen abgezählt. Für Kinder keine Ermäßigung bei der Halbpension - anders als auf allen anderen Hütte. Es gibt kein Trinkwasser, es kann wahlweise abgekochtes Teewasser für 3 Euro oder eine Flasche Wasser für 3,50 Euro gekauft werden. In Summe mangelt es hier etwas an Gastfreundschaft. Hut in a very beautiful location, cozy dining room. The food for house guests in the evening was rather bad, bread rolls counted in the morning. For children there is no discount on half board - unlike at all other huts. There is no drinking water, you can either buy boiled tea water for 3 euros or a bottle of water for 3.50 euros. Overall, there is a little lack of hospitality here.
L	Lea J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Göppinger Hütte macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck und ich wurde hier freundlich empfangen. Allein der wunderbare Ausblick lohnt sich. Verpflegung: Zum Abend gab's ein leckeres Linsencurry mit Reis, das Menü zur Halbpension sah auch nicht schlecht aus. Das Frühstücksbüffett war lecker und hat satt gemacht. Hütte: Ich habe ein Matratzenlager für mich alleine gehabt, dieses sah sehr gepflegt aus und war gemütlich. Duschen gibt es in dieser Hütte keine, man sollte bedenken, dass die Wasserversorgung am Berg nicht immer einfach ist. Leider war der Trockenraum in Wartung, weswegen wir die regennassen Kleider leider nur notdürftig trocknen konnten. Für die Schuhe wurde freundlicherweise Zeitungspapier gestellt, welches man in die Schuhe stopfen konnte. Bei dem aktuell (30.06.) kalten Wetter sollte man sich eher dickere Kleidung mitnehmen. Wege: der Weg durch's Tal über die Untere Alpschelle ist etwas anspruchsvoller, vor allem bei Regen. Ab dem Gamsboden gab es noch sehr viele Schneefelder. Auch zu dieser Jahreszeit hat es dann morgens noch in der Höhe geschneit. Der Weg runter auf's Untere Älpele ist sehr angenehm zu laufen. The Göppinger Hütte makes a good impression overall and I was warmly welcomed here. The wonderful view alone is worth it. Catering: In the evening there was a delicious lentil curry with rice, and the half-board menu didn't look bad either. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filled you up. Hut: I had a mattress dorm to myself, it looked very neat and was cozy. There are no showers in this hut, you should consider that the water supply on the mountain is not always easy. Unfortunately, the drying room was under maintenance, which is why we were only able to dry the rain-soaked clothes poorly. Newsprint was kindly provided for the shoes, which could be stuffed into the shoes. In the current (June 30th) cold weather you should rather take thicker clothes with you. Paths: the path through the valley over the Untere Alpschelle is a bit more demanding, especially when it is raining. From the Gamsboden onwards there were still a lot of snow fields. Even at this time of the year it was still snowing in the morning. The way down to the Untere Älpele is very pleasant to walk.
E	Erich Härle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten zunächst nicht vor auf der Hütte zu übernachten, wurden dann aber auf unserem Weg von einer Schlechtwetterfront überrascht. Zum Glück schafften wir es noch bis zur Göppinger Hütte. Dort wurden wir, obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten sehr freundlich aufgenommen und umsorgt. Stefan und sein Team sind für diese Hütte genau die Richtigen. Macht bitte weiter so, denn wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für alles und bleibt gesund!! At first we did not plan to spend the night in the hut, but were then surprised by a bad weather front on our way. Luckily we made it to the Göppinger hut. There we were welcomed and looked after in a very friendly manner, even though we had not made a reservation. Stefan and his team are exactly the right people for this hut. Please keep it up, because we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything and stay healthy!

G	Gilad Brunner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparing to Ravensburger and Freiburger Hütte... The Göppinger Hütte was the least pleasant. No shower or warm water, nor drinking water. Something about the place, from the taste and quality of the food, the prices, the temperature in the Hütte and the limited kindness of the team, is less welcoming. Still.. it’s definitely worth visiting.. beautiful location and visible stars above! The green grass just outside of the Hütte is, when weather allows, such a beautiful chilling space.
L	Lukas M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion the best accomodation on the Lechquellrunde. Great food, super kind team and comfortable rooms. It's definitely worth visiting and a good location for hiking to the Biberbacher, Freiburger and Ravensburger Hütte. There is no shower but it needs to be considered that it has been build as a protective shelter in the high alps.
