★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Hütte ...viele sitzgelegenheiten draußen, schöne Karte da findet jeder was (wir haben den selbstgemachten Topfen Kuchen probiert sehr lecker) hüttenwirtin mit Humor. angemessene Preise uns hat es gut gefallen, wir werden wiederkommen!
 Nice hut ... lots of seating outside, nice menu everyone can find something (we tried the homemade curd cake, very tasty) hut landlady with a sense of humor. reasonable prices we liked it, we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Lieblingshütte in der Region. Sehr großer Außenbereich, reichhaltige Karte, fixe Bedienung. Ein guter Anlaufpunkt nach einer langen Wanderung mit überwältigendem Panorama.
My favorite hut in the region. Very large outdoor area, extensive menu, fixed service. A good starting point after a long hike with an overwhelming panorama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Widdersteinhütte ist eine privat geführte Schutzhütte in den Allgäuer Alpen. Die urige Widdersteinhütte liegt auf 2.015 Meter Höhe in den wunderschönen Allgäuer Alpen, südlich des Großen Widdersteins, ihrem 2.533 Meter hohen Hausgipfel. Für diesen Aufstieg ist die Hütte deshalb ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Du brauchst von hier nur eineinhalb Stunden.
Die Widdersteinhütte kannst du über den Aufstieg vom Wanderparkplatz im Ort Baad über das Bärgunttal oder das Gemsteltal erreichen. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein wunderschöner und anspruchsvoller Rundweg.
Mit etwas Glück kann man in den Felsen rund um den Widderstein Steinböcke beobachten.
The Widdersteinhütte is a privately run refuge in the Allgäu Alps. The rustic Widdersteinhütte is located at 2,015 meters above sea level in the beautiful Allgäu Alps, south of the Großer Widderstein, its 2,533 meter high house peak. The hut is therefore an ideal starting point for this ascent. It only takes you an hour and a half from here.
You can reach the Widdersteinhütte via the ascent from the hiking car park in Baad via the Bärgunttal or the Gemsteltal. It is definitely a beautiful and demanding circular route.
With a little luck you can watch ibex in the rocks around the Widderstein.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon am frühen Mittag sehr voll. Muss man mögen. Die Aussicht ist toll. Bei dee3 Gulaschsuppe dürfte das Verhältnis von Flüssigkeit zu Kartoffeln/Fleisch verbessert werden.
Already very crowded in the early noon. You have to like it. The view is great. With dee3 goulash soup, the ratio of liquid to potatoes / meat should be improved.
