Aufgrund von Corona habe ich leider etwas länger warten müssen, was aber auch auf der Homepage steht und man es deshalb schon damit rechnet. Die Firma Goose Racing ist zwar nur am Donnerstag erreichbar aber die Dame am Telefon ist sehr bemüht um weiterzuhelfen. Per E-Mail hat es bis jetzt immer gut funktioniert. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, bitte macht weiter so! I've ordered here several times and I'm very satisfied. Due to Corona, I unfortunately had to wait a little longer, which is also on the homepage and is therefore already expected. The Goose Racing company can only be reached on Thursday, but the lady on the phone tries very hard to help. Up until now it has always worked well via email. I can only recommend it, please keep it up!
S	Stefanie W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enttäuschend. Ich habe hier eine Bestellung Mitte Januar 2022 getätigt. Nachdem die Bestellung ankam, habe ich festgestellt, dass ich den falschen Hub bestellt habe. Also, Widerrufsformular geschrieben und das Paket wieder zurückgeschickt. Die Rücksendekosten habe ich getragen. Ich habe vorab auch GOOSE Racing per Mail informiert - eine Antwort kam nicht. Einige Tage später habe ich eine Erstattung auf meine ursprüngliche Zahlungsart erhalten. Leider entsprach der Erstattungsbetrag nicht dem Bestellbetrag (Differenz 13,90 Euro). GOOSE Racing hat mir nicht mitgeteilt, wie sich dieser Betrag zusammen setzt. Ich bin deshalb davon ausgegangen, dass sich der Betrag aus Hinsendekosten (von AT nach DE) und einer unseriösen Pauschale iHv 5,00 Euro zusammensetzt. Ich habe GOOSE Racing freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich der Ansicht bin, dass nach Gesetzeslage der VERKÄUFER die HINSENDEKOSTEN bei WIDERRUF eines FERNABSATZVERTRAGES tragen muss. Das hat GOOSE Racing nicht interessiert. Sie konnten mir aber auch nichts Gegensätzliches mitteilen. Es wurde einfach nicht ernst genommen. Die unseriöse Pauschale iHv 5,00 Euro wird abgezogen, wenn das vermeintliche Geschenk (2 kleine Haribo Gummibärchen und 2 Sticker) nicht wieder ins Paket gelegt wird (in den AGB's wird darauf hingewiesen). Was ist das? Auch das ist meines Erachtens rechtlich nicht durchsetzbar. Wie unseriös, dass GOOSE Racing nachträglich bei einem vermeintlichen Geschenk 5,00 Euro für Gummibärchen und 2 Sticker einzieht???!! Unvorstellbar, da ich das sogar ins Paket zurück gelegt habe. Aber auch daraufhin bekam ich keine Antwort. Ich werde hier niemals wieder bestellen und meinen Freunden auch definitiv davon abraten. Der Service ist katastrophal. Eine respektvolle Kommunikation war nicht möglich. Was ich schade fand, dass mein Anliegen zum Einen nicht ernst genommen wurden und zum Anderen GOOSE Racing es nicht begründen konnte, diese Kosten einzubehalten. Absolute Abzocke. Wer es nachlesen möchte: § 5g Nr. 1 Fernabsatzgesetz BGBl. I Nr. 185/1999; Entscheidung des EuGH vom 15.04.2010 (AZ: C-511/08). (Auch in den AGB's steht bei GOOSE Racing nur etwas von den RÜCKSENDEKOSTEN.) Auch bei den Nebenkosten, die eventuell auf mich zukommen könnten muss ich VOR KAUF zwingend hingewiesen worden sein. Es reicht hier nicht aus, diese 5,00 Euro Pauschale in den AGB's zu nennen. Ich hoffe meine ausführliche Bewertung bringt GOOSE Racing dazu, sich an geltendes Recht zu halten. Disappointing. I placed an order here in mid-January 2022. After the order arrived I realized I ordered the wrong hub. So, written a cancellation form and sent the package back. I paid the return costs. I also informed GOOSE Racing by e-mail in advance - there was no answer. A few days later, I received a refund to my original form of payment. Unfortunately, the reimbursement amount did not correspond to the order amount (difference 13.90 euros). GOOSE Racing did not tell me how this amount is made up. I therefore assumed that the amount was made up of shipping costs (from AT to DE) and a dubious flat rate of EUR 5.00. I have kindly pointed out to GOOSE Racing that I am of the opinion that, by law, the SELLER must bear the TRANSFER COSTS in the case of CANCELLATION of a DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT. GOOSE Racing was not interested in that. Nor could they tell me anything to the contrary. It just wasn't taken seriously. The dubious flat rate of 5.00 euros will be deducted if the supposed gift (2 small Haribo gummy bears and 2 stickers) is not put back in the package (this is pointed out in the general terms and conditions). What is it? In my opinion, this is also legally unenforceable. How dubious that GOOSE Racing subsequently charges EUR 5.00 for gummy bears and 2 stickers with a supposed gift???!! Inconceivable, since I even put it back in the package. But even then I got no answer. I will never order from here again and will definitely advise my friends not to. The service is catastrophic. Respectful communication was not possible. What I found a pity, on the one hand, was that my concerns were not taken seriously and, on the other hand, GOOSE Racing could not justify retaining these costs. Absolute rip off. Who wants to read it: § 5g No. 1 Distance Selling Act Federal Law Gazette I No. 185/1999; Decision of the ECJ of April 15, 2010 (AZ: C-511/08). (Even in the terms and conditions at GOOSE Racing there is only something about the RETURN COSTS.) Even with the additional costs that could possibly come to me, I must have been informed BEFORE PURCHASE. It is not sufficient here to mention this 5.00 Euro flat rate in the general terms and conditions. I hope my detailed assessment will bring GOOSE Racing to comply with the applicable law.
J	Jan Hendrik Franke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles in allem scheint der Inhaber ja mit Hingabe und einer gewissen Professionalität seinen Shop/Service zu führen, allerdings ist leider auch an einigen Stellen etwas auszusetzen: Die Teile kamen zwar unbeschädigt an, allerdings war das Paket der Kurbelwelle vollkommen zerstört. Im lagersatz für dem AM6 sind nicht alle nadelhülsen inbegriffen, darauf antwortet der Inhaber leider nichtmal mehr via Instagram. Weiterhin wird auf der Website zwar auf Verzögerung durch covid hingewiesen, allerdings finde ich 11 statt der regulär versprochenen 2 tage etwas viel. Wer technische Unterstützung sucht, kann hier gut beraten sein, muss aber nicht. Manchmal will man einfach nicht antworten. Alles in allem also ein guter shop, aber bisher nichts, was ihn von der Konkurrenz abgrenzen würde, anders als man sich auf dem haupt werbemedium Instagramm gibt, dort ist die Rede von hervorragender Arbeit. Und sein wir mal ehrlich, die selbst vertriebenen parts sind mit sicherheit gut, aber Hexen kann aber auch hier niemand entgegen der Selbstdarstellung. All in all, the owner seems to run his shop/service with dedication and a certain degree of professionalism, but unfortunately there are also a few things to complain about: The parts arrived undamaged, but the crankshaft package was completely destroyed. Not all needle sleeves are included in the bearing set for the AM6, unfortunately the owner no longer even responds to this via Instagram. Furthermore, the website points out a delay due to covid, but I think 11 days instead of the regularly promised 2 days is a bit much. If you are looking for technical support, you can get good advice here, but you don't have to. Sometimes you just don't want to answer. So all in all a good shop, but so far nothing that would set it apart from the competition, other than the main advertising medium Instagram, there is talk of excellent work. And let's be honest, the self-distributed parts are certainly good, but nobody can do witches here either, contrary to self-portrayal.
