Er erklärt Techniken leicht verständlich, nachvollziehbar und mit logischem Aufbau und Methodik. Sparring mit ihm macht Spaß und man lernt während dessen dazu und fühlt sich nicht wie ein Crash Test Dummy, ganz klar fünf Sterne von mir ! :-) Mike's style of teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is particularly recommended for beginners but of course also for advanced learners. He explains techniques in a way that is easy to understand, understandable and with a logical structure and methodology. Sparring with him is fun and you learn in the process and don't feel like a crash test dummy, clearly five stars from me! :-)

Hier geht es um ein angenehmes und respektvolles Miteinander, um eine positive Atmosphäre und das Ego wird an der Tür abgegeben. Ich habe auch schon in anderen BJJ Schulen trainiert, aber hier ist es für mich - gerade als Anfänger - einfach viel besser! Es wird sehr viel Wert auf ein sicheres Trainingsumfeld und Spaß gelegt. Außerdem gibt es ein ganz klares Programm für Anfänger - das gibt es in dieser Qualität nirgendwo anders in Wien. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert! Mein 8 jähriger Sohn trainiert im Kindertraining und ist auch total begeistert! A top BJJ trainer. He explains the techniques very well - even for absolute beginners. The people there are very nice and very different to conventional BJJ schools. This is about a pleasant and respectful togetherness, a positive atmosphere and the ego is given at the door. I have already trained in other BJJ schools, but here for me - especially as a beginner - it is simply much better! Great emphasis is placed on a safe training environment and fun. There is also a very clear program for beginners - nowhere else in Vienna that is of this quality. I'm just excited! My 8 year old son is training for children and is absolutely thrilled!
