Von den beiden Mitarbeitern war der jüngere sehr bemüht, der ältere wenig kritikfähig.
Fehler und Mängel wurden zur Behebung versprochen, seither keinerlei Reaktion mehr. Weder auf Anrufe, SMS, WhatsApp oder Mail.
Die Wohnzimmerdecke leg ich mal als Foto bei. Hier war vorerst von Problemen mit der Putzmischung die Rede - die Stellen sollten ausgebessert werden.
Als fürs Stiegenhaus kein Gerüst vorhanden war, wurde kurzfristig in die Mauer eingestemmt und dann zugeputzt.

Errors and shortcomings were promised to be rectified, since then no more reaction. Neither on calls, SMS, WhatsApp or mail.
I'll enclose the living room ceiling as a photo. Initially there was talk of problems with the plaster mix - the areas should be repaired.
When there was no scaffolding for the stairwell, it was briefly chiseled into the wall and then plastered over.
