★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider funktioniert bei uns in der Wohnung das Warmwasser nicht richtig, man kann nur duschen und nicht baden. Wir (meine Frau und ich) haben uns ca. 7mal telefonisch, aber auch persönlich bei der Genossenschaft gemeldet und uns wurde immer wieder versprochen, dass sich der Installateur bei uns meldet. Das ist jetzt ca. 1 Monat her. Leider hat sich bis jetzt noch niemand bei uns gemeldet!!!
Unfortunately, the hot water in our apartment does not work properly, you can only take a shower and not swim. We (my wife and I) have reported about 7 times by phone, but also in person at the cooperative and we were promised again and again that the installer will contact us. That is about 1 month ago. Unfortunately, no one has contacted us yet !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als erfolgreicher Immobilienmakler habe ich sehr oft Kontakt mit Hausverwaltungen, aber die SGN Hausverwaltung ist wirklich positiv herausragend: Meine Email wurde binnen nur 30 Minuten (!) kompetent und vollständig beantwortet und alle angeforderten Dokumente wurden einfach ohne wenn und aber geschickt. Das ist absoluter Rekord - herzliche Gratulation zu dieser Spitzenleistung von Frau Manuela Kabicher, die auch am Telefon sehr sympathisch, professionell und super serviceorientiert war. As a successful real estate agent, I am very often in contact with property management companies, but the SGN property management company is really positively outstanding: My email was answered competently and completely within just 30 minutes (!) and all requested documents were simply sent without ifs and buts. That is an absolute record - congratulations on this top performance from Ms. Manuela Kabicher, who was also very personable, professional and super service-oriented on the phone.
