★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehr als drei Punkte sind für diesen ehemaligen österreichischen Topcourse nicht drin: Erstens weil im September 21 an (zu) vielen Grüns zu viele kahle Stellen waren. Und zweitens, weil der von Exsuperstar Nicklaus angelegte Platz einen krassen Unterschied zeigt zwischen den schön (in einer Art Amphitheater um Clubhaus und Teich) angelegten ersten Neun und den reichlich fantasielos in steiles Gelände trassierten zweiten Neun. Würde bei einem nächsten Mal nur noch die erste Hälfte spielen.
 More than three points are not possible for this former Austrian top course: First, because in September 21 there were too many bald spots on (too) many greens. And secondly, because the course laid out by ex-superstar Nicklaus shows a stark difference between the beautifully laid out first nine (in a kind of amphitheater around the clubhouse and pond) and the second nine, which are laid out in steep terrain without any imagination. Would only play the first half next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Zeit wieder hier gehabt. Alles hat gepasst: super freundliche Rezeption, wunderschöner Platz, sehr nette Flightpartner und das Essen danach einfach köstlich. Bis 2022!
Had a great time here again. Everything was perfect: super friendly reception, wonderful space, very nice flight partners and the food afterwards was simply delicious. Until 2022!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have played with friends there, low handicapers, and must say this was a challange. First 9 have to play conservative way. Difficult to score par from white stones. All waters, bunkers, eng fairways are exactly where you set your drive. Typical for Nicklaus architecture. For the first visit difficult to score below 90. But this is exactly the reason to come and play again. Golf course is well placed in the nature. Looking for challenge? Go there. Looking to enjoy? Go to Salzburg Eugendorf just 6 km out of Altentann

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic golf course. Staff are great and so is the food. Dressing rooms are a bit awkward for the guests but I hear the members have stunning rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was welcomed with genuine warmth by all the staff; great golf course, the land available for its construction was superbly used by Jack Nicklaus, all bankers and lakes were well designed and placed along fairways and around greens and they are well maintained.
The course is a good challengue.
We had dinner in the main restaurant and we really enjoyed the charm and general ambience.
I was particularly impresed by the profesionalism and the ways of conducting the whole tournament by the club's director Catarina Hofmann.
